Brian Tracy The frightening thing about these excellent videos is the simplicity. As a recruiter, these videos are invaluable but beyond the main message, there is a deeper lesson here which is that the solution is not the most complicated one, it is often the one we overlook, the simple one.

HOW TO CREATE AN ACTION PLAN
    1. Decide exactly what you want.
    2. Write your goal(s) on paper
    3. Set a deadline
    4. Make a list of everything you could possibly think of that you will have to do to acheive your goal
    5. Schedule it into a comprehensive plan
-Plan each day, week, and month in advance
-Plan each month at the beginning of the month
-Plan each week the weekend before
-Plan each day the evening before
-The more detailed you are when you plan your activities and tasks, the more you will accomplish in less time
-The rule is: Each minute spent on planning, saves 10 minutes on execution
-As you go through each day of the plan, select your #1 most important goal for the day (You could set your priorities with the 80/20 rule)
-Ask yourself: If I could only do 1 thing on this list, which 1 activity is the most important
-Then ask yourself: If I could do only 1 other task on this list, which 1 would be the most valuable use of my time?
-"Your problem is to bridge the gap which exists between where you are now and the goal you intend to reach." -Earl Nightingale

I think if you really need something tangible to do is read the book atomic habit watch videos about also the book tiny habits, in arabic there is guy called ali mohammad ali

english you can find many videos on that but this truly life changing and i also use an app called habits share where i check in on my habits daily . my family is starting to incorporate this it's truly amazing anything you want you can get it but slowly .the issue is that we want to accomplish this monstrosity of a thing to say " we did it" but most people fail at doing that cuz it's extremely difficult to do something very hard CONSISTENTLY and that's the key consistency the question is how ? these two book will help you again i didn't read the book but i watched interviews and videos explaining the concept

I am 52 years old and I want to be my own boss, build my business of Holistic Health. I am sometimes overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done, and impatient to get there asap. I feel like I am doing everything and nothing, running around like a headless chicken. That being said, I am so fired up and feel that it is now or never, and I can't see a world in which I am not pursuing this flame in my heart.
My services relate to : Ashtanga Yoga,(8 limbs of Yoga), Vedic living, Hypnotherapy and the higher Self

    1. Decide exactly what you want.
    2. Write your goal or goals down on paper.
    3. Set deadline.
    4. Make a list of everything you could possibly think of that you will have to do to achieve your goal.
    5. Schedule it into your comprehensive plan.

When I was 25 my goal was to quit my 9-5 before I turned 30. I was able to quit last year just when I turned 28.
Something that really helped me was thinking each morning in that goal, and learning new skills after work.
I think you just have to envision your dream. So, the 'writing your goals on a piece a paper' makes total sense, cause it helps you to recreate that goal in your mind, and functions as a reminder.
