Define a goal. Divide it to small goals in term of time. Work hard. Fail and keep trying. I went back to university at the age of 25. 5 years ago i suffered from depression and I wished I had been dead. I am 30 now and working as en English teacher. It is never too late.
25 ? you mean you just started life a few years ago, I'm a few years older than yourself, and still have no work, but your right, never ever too late. because the time is always NOW, if you let your age limit you, other people will limit you, If you let your past experiences give your more courage, hope and inspiration, that is what others will get from you too. the world is a mirror
Thank you so much for this comment. I recently survived my suicide attempt at 23 years old, it’s hard really hard and I’m 25 now and have been thinking about going back to University. This is my sign. Thank you kind human.
I commend you for making the decision to do a complete change im also on that journey im 61 and i have made some changes but not the financials evry other aspect im on course but financially Im hoping thats going to change soon ive hired a coach 2 weeks ago i hoping in 6 months i will be on my way to reaching financial indipendence
I'm 15 years old, and I want to achieve my goals as a young age to help my mom because she is a single parent:(( edit: thank you all for all the motivations and for updates, we are now doing great❤❤ I’m already helping her financially, sometimes I also treat her on fancy restaurants that we have never been!
I DIDN'T START THIS UNTIL I WAS 62. YOU CAN DO IT. I STARTED WITH THE JOURNAL WRITING DOWN THOUGHTS ON MONEY MANAGEMENT. I READ RICH DAD POOR DAD BOOK. I PUT A PENNY IN A BOX AND WROTE RULES FOR MONEY MANAGEMENT. LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ASSETS AND LIABILITIES. MAKE THE BOX YOUR NUMBER ONE FINANCIAL PRIORITY. SET A GOAL OF HOW MANY TIMES YOU WANT TO DOUBLE THE PENNY IN THE BOX. KEEP THE JOURNAL HE TALKS ABOUT AND RECORD OF THE PENNY. THE BOX WILL TEACH YOU TO MANAGE MONEY, PAY YOURSELF FIRST BY DOUBLING THE PENNY. I STARTED WITH ONE CENT WITH A GOAL TO DOUBLE IT 20 TIMES. DO A LITTLE CALCULATION . START WITH .O1 CENTS TIMES 2 X2 X2 FOR 20 TIMES TO GET THE IDEA. THEN CARRY THIS OUT TO 30 TIMES. NOW, GET STARTED WITH THE PENNY.

Summary: You cannot unconsciously achieve your goals. You have to actively design your life with your goals in mind. You can script your life towards where you wanna go. Example: Coaches have a plan for their team and their games, Buildings need a blueprint design for them to be constructed. Part 1: Vision or Game Plan How to do it? Through journaling Journal about the kind of life you envision for yourself Make a note of "what are the coolest things that I could have 5 years from today” Consciously and actively think about it and put it down on paper or somewhere. The important thing in this step is to figure out 'where' do you wanna go with your life, and in what direction? You don't have to entirely know how to get there immediately. Part 2: How to get there: Through building habits. Break down your goals into habits. a that you can do every day. For example: If your larger goal is to lose 30 pounds, instead of focusing on those 30 pounds, make eating homecooked food and exercising for 20 minutes a day your habit. Part 3: Follow through with your plan. Review your progress. Tweak your goals and habits based on how you are progressing.
I made some kind of a summary for the video, but it's pretty long. It has the 3 parts, plus a little appendix at the bottom with all the documents mentioned. 1. The Design, Vision: what is the coolest thing that could happen this year? a. the purpose here is to have a concrete goal on what you want to achieve, and aim for that with purpose, instead of wandering around aimlessly Methods: a. REVIEW Yearly Envisioning Document twice a day b. pocket journal : what you want, where to steer your life, random fleeting revelations c. Five Years From Today document d. regularly think about/write down what you want to build/create/achieve (anywhere or in pocket journal, then migrate to yearly/five yearly document?) 2. Daily Habits Every goal needs to have an associated process goal, aka about that is designed to approach the goal - break down goals into habits, OP uses 3 goals a year, 3 habits a goal, a certain amount of time each habit (try not to make habits goal oriented, make them time oriented) Methods: a. yearly envisioning document: read it every day, twice a day. 3. Follow Through - to make sure you follow through with your habits, have a master the day journal page: (did you follow all habits? what can you improve on?) - follow intuitions on if you want to pivot Methods: a. thursday mastermind: are you happy? Are you building the life you want? b. weekly strategy journal page c. daily habit tracking d. pocket moleskin journal: probably put master the day journal page in here too, or separate journal. DOCUMENTS AND JOURNALS MENTIONED 1A. YEARLY ENVISIONING DOCUMENT: - daily habits, unique projects for each quarter, self improvement tasks 1B. POCKET JOURNAL : - hunches, intuitions, and passing revelations: write down what changes about your thinking, ideas from books or podcasts, and nagging feelings that something is wrong (am i proud of what I am doing? do i like the direction my life is going in? is this relationship a lasting one?) - weekly journal page: where do you want to be? Are you on track? What has to change/can be improved? 1C. FIVE YEARS FROM TODAY: what would be the coolest thing that could happen over the next five years of my life?(forget about what seems "achievable" for the moment, because your idea of achievable is limited by who you are and what you have achieved right now). you want this page so that the goals are always on your mind, even if you aren't sure yet how to get there. review these every day. 2A. same as 1A 3A. I don't know much about these 3B. see 1B 3C. Daily Habit Tracking: you probably don't need to keep these trackers, just track every week in some scratch notebook and migrate reflections to the pocket journal. improvements on habits are subconsciously maintained in my experience. 3D. see 1B Sorry if this is also convoluted. I made this mostly for myself, but if you think it can be better formatted, feel free to reply with the better format. If i see it I'll edit my comment and paste the better format instead.
This is my description of the methods and specific questions you can ask to guide you through the creation of each document. The 6 methods to Consciously Design your life. 1) Yearly Envisioning document What is the coolest thing that could happen this year? Perfect year no limitations. What do I want to build in the future? What Consciously and Concretely do I want to improve? What Kind of Life do I want? What do I want to Create? What would be the coolest thing that could happen over the next 5 years in my life? What are some Unique project’s I want to work on in each quarter of the year? What are your top 3 goals? Think about the 3 goals you want to reach and break them down into 3 daily habits. What Daily Action steps will help me reach my goals? What things do I need to improve about myself? 2) YEARLY ENVISIONING PAGE SUMMARY Current 3 Yearly Goals All 9 daily habits The Current Unique project’s which I’m working on this quarter The Things I know I need to work on to improve myself 3)Pocket Journal For ideas The Point of this Journal is to record all the inspirations and thoughts you have throughout the day. Write down any ideas, reflections, or intuitive impressions you have throughout the day. What things do I want to manifest and create in my own life? This is a chronological log of your thoughts, Ideas Don’t need to be structured or fleshed out, just write 4)Progress Journal The Point of this Journal is to assess your progress in accomplishing your goals both daily and weekly. It has 2 parts, nightly and weekly -Master the Day Nightly Reflection Did I do what I intended to today? Where do I need to improve myself? Am I heading towards my goals? What did I do wrong today? Are you actually doing your habits? -Weekly Strategy Page: Journaling for Success. Where are you? Where do you want to be? Are my current habits sufficient to reach my goals? Which habits are not working? Why aren't they working? What is my trajectory? What kind of life do I want to Build? 5)Habit Tracker 9 daily habits for 3 goals, overlap is ok. Did you do each habit everyday of the week. 6)MasterMind Call The Point of this call/meeting is to provide external accountability and motivation. Limit call to 45 minutes, set a weekly time and medium to meet in. Questions to discussion Are you happy? Are you Building the Life you want? Is your ladder up against the right wall? Are you going down the right path? Are your habits bringing you closer to your goals? Share your weekly scorecard results I did this goal __% of the time This is what didnt work This is what I have to improve
Procrastination is painful! And there's a lot of guilt associated with it. For me it comes from a) being faced with a task I don't want to do, b) being faced with a task that is too easy, so the time crunch makes it challenging, or c) I didn't really have anything rewarding I wanted to do once that was done. Of course I didn't always realise this, and just thought I was lazy and disorganized, hence the guilt. Once I realised that I really enjoy doing things last minute because it brings out all my skills, focus and energy, the guilt went away! Once I realised I don't have things I really want to do on the other side of that 'have to' task, I started paying attention to what I would enjoy. Now I either accept it, give myself a break and just procrastinate, set up a reward of things I really enjoy in life so it's motivating to get the task out of the way, and cram 3 or 4 tasks simultaniously to make it more challenging (and yes, to appeal to my adhd tendencies and way of working). Not sure if that resonates with you, but the point is to know yourself, know what you get out of procrastinating, and whether you really want to change. Then accept who you are and set up systems that work for you.
Break down the monsters (personal goals/responsbilities) into smaller pieces (steps), draw a timeline of the steps to know how long it will take for you to fully conquer the monster, schedule the smaller steps or tasks , conquer every piece by taking action... If u dont know exactly what your personal goals/responsabilities are... search for the Wheel of Life and focus on each aspect of life and see what is the thing you are procrastinating on. Think about "how could I improve this part of my life? What are the barriers im facing in this part of my life?" Then you will find yourself setting goals in every aspect of your life and then you can proceed to break them down into smaller daily steps
Part 1: Vision : Consciously design your life, what would be the coolest thing that could happen over the next 5 years? Carry a pocket journal for ideas. Part 2:The Daily Habits : Break down goals to daily habits, forget the goal. Part 3: Follow Through : Master the day journal page, Accountability mastermind
I am 20 years old and turning 21 next week. All my life I have been told all these amazing things about myself. How smart I am and how much potential I have. What I wish is that I believed in myself as much as other people did because I have been selling myself short and not going as hard as I can. In the next 5 years my number one goal is to have unshakable confidence and to explore my potential fully without fear and doubt.
@@lvsr3adng724 makes me sad so many feel this way. You're not alone, I think first thing is to find someone to talk to about yourself. And talk with others in your position. Just don't stay in your head

For fellow adult ADHD folks out there watching this, increase video speed to 1.25x. lengthy videos make us skip ahead or lose focus, so this forces you to focus harder to understand what he's saying.
I was skipping ahead too! I do that constantly! This is a great idea bc skipping sometimes I miss content. This Adhd adaption is on point! And yes! 12 minutes feels like forever! 😂🤷🏼♀️
Nobody can become financially successful over night. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals.
@rachealhubert74 This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant by name Alice Marie Coraggio and everything changed. I started enjoying huge returns from my investment.
Part 1: journaling 1. A journal to write down what kind of life you wanna have 2. A pocket journal for ideas 3. A weekly journal page 4. A little notebook “5years from today” Part 2: Habits Break down your goals into habits and forget about the goals. Working on maximum 3 goals/year. 3 daily habits/goal Part 3: Follow through Review regularly (by journaling shortly everyday)
There's a book called Hidden Time Wealth, and it talks about how using some secret techniques, you can overcome procrastination and accomplish anything in life. It's not just a bunch of empty promises; it's the real deal.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 2 months ago about self development and now have 76 subs and almost 55 hour watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so much lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place
@@yumeka__ Thanks so much! I realized that the main reason for doing this is not about the success but the inspiration I've been providing some people with my stories while helping others do the same as I shared the lessons & experiences through making videos to have a sense of meaningful purpose. Therefore, I’m planning to quit nursing to pursue youtube full time as there are lots of issues in our traditional health systems as these don’t align with my values. It’s a huge learning curve but I love helping people through making videos. I do appreciate your support and kind words! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)
I like your positive attitude, I hope I could say that I am working on this and I am proud of it. I feel just going with the flow and doing everything in peer pressure. I will change myself from today and will come back next year to say that I am proud of this. All the best 🙌
@@eclairs0909 aww! Those words of encouragement really help! Do it for yourself and the rest is secondary as self-care is a matter of doing what’s best for you so you can pour from a full cup. At the the end of the day, you’re the captain of your own ship so you might as well steer towards the direction you wanna go even if you’re lost because in this way, you know that you’re on the right track no matter how slow and rough the journey is. Everything happens for a reason! Last night I said to myself "I'm 50 years old. my life is stagnant. I'm gong to reinvent my life!" I put a little thought into how to go about doing it and figured waking early, trying my hand at yoga, and putting pen to paper to is a start. Well, it's early (for me), learned I need A LOT of yoga practice, and for some reason decided to check my "watch later" videos here. Apparently 3 years and 7 months ago I saved this one. And only this one. Serendipity. Anyway, this was the first comment I saw and scrolled through the replies. So many encouraging words, book recommendations, and tips! I wish all of you much success in reinventing your perfect life! High fives all around, now I'm off to start my new life!!!!
I think it's fundamentally NOT about being successful but, rather, about being resilient. Many of these self-help advises assume a rather lineair path towards success that you can somehow "design" - whereas life is way more complicated than that. I think the fundamental thing to learn is how to work with the cards on the table... For example, you can say: "I'll be married in 5 years." But what if you don't meet your significant other? You just go for anyone so you can say that you managed to get married within 5 years? And what if you say: "one year from now I want to go on vacation 3-4 times a year", but you get seriously ill, or hardship happens to a loved-one. What do you do? Does that throw you into an existential crisis that you cannot come out of? When life presents itself to us like that, it's not because you "did not design your life well enough"... Life is about being resilient, and foregiving (also to yourself), generous, loving...and yes within that context it is very important to be able to envision and dream beautiful dreams and work towards manifestation.
Alexis Pangilinan Exactly. Shoot for the moon n you’ll fall among the stars. You can’t help who you meet. But if you are putting yourself out there, consciously dating with x goal in mind, you’re less likely to waste time in pointless relationships and a lot more likely to be married vs if you are just going with the flow. And as for vacations, you could get ill. But that money that was saved for a trip instead of getting that extra coffee or extra pair of shoes will always be there for another trip. Better yet, that money could come in handy as emergency money if something were to happen- . Goal setters don’t live in this false reality where everything goes perfectly. Its the goal that keeps them on track.
Many people say they wish they could be more successful, have more money, be happier, and feel healthier yet they can’t seem to achieve these things. ;)
it's not the problem to dream, imagine and plan your goals it's the problem to get job done through daily routine tasks when you physically don't feel like up to.
A. S. Whatever you want to do but don't feel like doing, just do them in babysteps. I don't know what that is you want to do but here are some examples: cleaning your room? Pick one thing that's the worse (bin full?) Change the bin, done. Method #2: setup 5 min timer and start tidy your room. That 5 min is virtually nothing and will go by anyway, but you'll be surprised how much you can get down in 5 min. Even if you don't get much down in that time, you've done it and you are behind it for the day. Tomorrow repeat.. Example #2: you want to read a book? - read one page a day. Babysteps.. you can easily finish 3 book with 100 pages in it in a year.. or setup a specific number for timer. Example #3: you want to write a book? - write a paragraph a day. That can contain 20 - 70 words? Even with that babystep you could write a book in a year. Or you know.. set up 20 min timer.. Example #4: workout? - do 10 situps 10 pushups and 10 squats a day. You can gradually higher the numbers by the day, or just stick to it as long as it takes for you to build the habit. Or set up 20 min timer.. Whatever it is you want to start, start with babysteps! Either with a baby number or a baby timer.. Trust me, you'll feel achieved every day.. I've grown some "teenagers" and some strong adults from my "babies", and after years of the way you feel I finally can feel that every day counts and didn't go by for nothin... You gotta do it, it'll reward you with this good feeling...
I've had this problem for ages. My solution was very simple: I switched off my phone. I would turn it off right before leaving school, and not turn it on until I did the shit I wanted to do. Your phone is your biggest distraction. Try it and see what happens.
given advices are good ! but let me add to them. I realised as you do that thing you want to become a habit more and more, it gets easier. I believe it gets to a point where if you decide to not doing it, you somehow use more energy. Because it brings frustration guilt etc. instead of dealing with all that, i just do it. and when you do something more and more (reading, exercising..) you start to see why other people enjoy that thing, you start to enjoy it. So until that point, you just gotta keep going. And always help yourself on the way. Don't mean it like rewards. Mean it like, giving yourself reasons to believe yourself, not lying 'oh i'll do it tomorrow'. When you get stuck, instead of getting mad trying to understand reasons and really just looking for a solution that it would work for YOU. Understand self, ask question to it. it's actually like managing this whole other person. because we can become alienated to the self. tl;dr: it gets easier. get to know self because if you don't, how can you manage it ?
Because you want to. Or wish to. But let me ask you. If you wake up at 23:59 and you did not clean your teeth. Do you want to clean them or do you have to clean them? If you want to do it, you may or may not which depends on your mood. But if you have to do it, well, then there is no other way. You know, do you want to go to work, or do you have to? Turn your want-to into have-to. Then turn your have-to into achievements. You want to get ripped in a year? How about you have to get ripped in a year? Or I will get ripped in a year. That is a commitment all of a sudden. And you will do your best to achieve that. You want to start a business? How about you have to start a business? How about you have to succeed? Want to is a fool. Have to is your best friend.
But in this problem of not being in the mood for doing something you need because you live in a society, you have a body... that demans you for example gain money, or do sport or not being in the mood for doing something you really like and you feel good doing like drawing, or whatever, there you have 2 options: you can say im not in the mood and leave it or you can do it, and if you choose not to do it the outcome of this choice is feeling bad because you are not working in what you need and environtment or body demans you or not working/putting time in something you would like to develop or enjoy it or you can choose to at least try to do work in what you need/love to have the life you want and you have to be counscious that it is not easy to change this kind of things, counscious everytime this choose is in your hands, is that simple as working for the life you want in every aspect you like or choose to use a excuse, to leave it for next day, year... and be at the same point as yesterday and deciding that tomorrow will be the same.
I am 15 and want to be financially independent as soon as possible because i don't want my mother to ask money from my toxic father and he insults her neither do i want myself to anymore dependent on my father for my basic needs
Seeing your comment after one year you wrote this ..... Little questions you shall ask yourself... 1. Did your opinion on your father change or did he change ? 2. Did your overall thought pattern develop 3. Did you figure out why you want to live and what you want to do
I'm 15 and questioning my existence. Asking so many questions and afraid of what's coming in the future. I hope I will make the right choices that will lead me to my success and happiness.
Hey, just some advice (I was in a similar place to you) - there is no right or wrong choices. Thinking that way will only stress you out and lead to analysis paralysis when life starts giving you choices that truly don't have a right or wrong answer (meaning your gut goes quiet, you sit down to write advantages vs disadvantages and find it's tied - you're sitting there are the middle point, and that's when you suffer the most.) Whatever you choose, have faith in yourself (and in a higher power if you'd like - that's a big motivator) and realize you'll be just great eitherways. Confidence isn't walking into a room and knowing everyone is going to like you - it's walking into a room and knowing you'll be just great, whether everyone likes you or not. Best wishes Myrp!
Been there Myrp.. in terms of questioning my existence. I'm an accountability coach, if you'd like to connect maybe I could help you get clear on what you want your future to look like. My instagram and facebook is @thefearlessleaderscircle

Please educate everybody about birth control as well. I worked at a shelter years ago and a lot of people just weren’t educated about birth control choices. It resulted in a lot of children they didn’t really want to have and they were resentful and they took it out on their children. Thank you for your good service!!! 🙏🌎
This video changed my life, and I keep coming on this back and back when I feel I hit a plateau, or feel I need to change something or get better. I have achieved everything that I wrote in my journal that I need to achieve in next 5 years, I wrote this in my journal in 2019, and proud to say I have achieved them all. Thanks ModernHealthMonk.
hey guys if you ever find yourself not doing something you have to do, one of the most basic things i recommend is a mindset shift instead of saying i "have" to...tell your self i "get" to because what you tell yourself can really have a huge impact and it's one of the easiest ways to get into gratitude // i can list so many more things but i don't want to write a whole 10 page essay here it'd be too much haha but anyways we're all learning in this self improvement space so please let me know some of your advice :D
I think this is one of the best advices ever . A few years back I got into some simple habits, achieved results and then I got super confident and started to think a lot about what things I need to do. Started reading books and getting a lot of ideas, but then I started overthinking and eventually I started getting frustrated and it became tougher to maintain the earlier habits as well. It was one of the most stressful times. So, I thought okay overthinking is bad and started questioning the methods promoting thinking big. Now I understand that it's a balance, you have to think a little bit to have a vision and quickly identify skills and habits to achieve them. No thinking and doing the same things can make you stagnant and thinking too much without actions will not get you the results you want. It's a beautiful balance that's needed.
If you think about solutions, goals and dreams, your subconscious mind will try to make them come true. It is the best to set up a daily goal, especially when dealing with the millions of distractions in our lives. Daily goal setting allows us to stay on track and on point. ;)
Im freaking 28, will be 29 this year and im just constantly trying to find my purpose in life and to do something that can benefit me so I can enjoy my life. I feel like im in a rut that ive been trying to get out for YEARS. I do feel like im running out of time since im approaching 30, but I dont want to give up you know. Thank you.
I literally had to read your username to double check whether I wrote this a year ago. I was in exactly that situation a year ago, going from 28 to 29, freaking out by the numeric value increasing while still, STILL after so many years, not able to simply wake up and feel satisfied with my life, know what I'm doing or know where I'm heading. The one advantage I have was that even though I constantly sidetracked myself and fell into some dark places, I never gave up and eventually came around to try again, and again, and again. Until a year ago, when I came across a way of earning money that fused together multiple strengths and personal joys. For the first time in my life, I actually knew what I really wanted to do and knew that I could grasp it if I just followed the steps toward it. Is it my "purpose in life"? I don't know, and I personally don't think that's a healthy question to bog yourself down with, as that's an extremely heavy question that may consume you, while you could be taking off some of the pressure and instead just trying opportunities that arise that could shift your direction into a more positive one. It's like stepping stones. I've been trying to step on as many as possible as they appear, repeatedly stressing myself out continuously every single day, and now a stone has appeared that I've stepped on, that's led to a few more that are heading in a better direction for the first time. It's not perfection or THE purpose, but it's A purpose for getting up early and driving me forward. Finally I don't hate myself constantly for not having willpower and motivation, because I had no idea what I wanted to do. I am still struggling massively with procrastination and other issues, but I know I am SO close to actually living a life that I look forward to waking up in the morning for, which took 3 decades. We're all on different paths and I have no idea when you will find something that makes you feel like your life is worth living, but trust me, it's out there - do not give up. I completely empathize and understand being in the lifelong rut of stress and self-hatred. The magic formula of words does not exist, but if I could attempt to summarize, just try to accept that right now, you are still on the seeking path, but that you know you will at some point find the amazing thing that gets you excited and driven. In order to speed it up, try to break down the things you truly love and find fulfillment from, such as things that made you excited, curious, happy and laugh as a kid, and have those in your mind as you seek opportunities. The new career I am beginning is self-employed doing something I had never thought of previously, but it is something I can absolutely do, tapping into my creativity and things I enjoyed as a kid, while still being a challenge and able to live off of when successful. I know this isn't a pill that'll erase the constant stress and sinking feeling of seeing time pass while feeling lost, but acceptance, persistency and consistency are key. I tried finding new careers, jobs and ways to make money online, kept failing, kept being frustrated, kept trying to force myself to feel happy and motivated, but then RUclips randomly showed me a recommendation one night for a topic related to one of the things I previously tried, and it was this that then sent me down the path of my newfound online self-employed job. I wouldn't have thought I'd have my own business a year ago, but here we are and I love it. You will too. Try to use the perspective of certainty and that this is a game. At some point you WILL find something you love doing, so the only thing between today and the day you find it is time, and the time it takes is half chance from the universe's randomness and half you seeking opportunities and putting yourself in "luckier" situations. I always found the phrase "there's a light at the end of the tunnel" cringey, but damn it's true. You just gotta realize that even though it looks pitch black and like the darkness is consuming you more and more, the light IS there far in the distance, you just gotta accept that it's 100% there and start riding the fucking train. Create a strategy for yourself and remember, do not waste your life seeking the outcome. Instead, focus on building systems and tiny habits that will course-correct you into a better direction, so that you are steered toward the opportunities that lead to your desired outcomes. You may not know what you want to do, but you know bits and pieces of the identity you want to be, so start building toward that, piece by piece slowly every day, and the rest will unfold.
@@SunnyWinterz wow...I dont know what to say. Your story is pretty much like mine, took me a minuet to read it, but thats insane how you found your purpose from just a random you recommendation. I just gotta ask myself what do i love doing, especially as a kid. Im having a hard time trying to find out what that is. You said that you was looking for ways to make income online, im the same way. Ive been trying to, but its alot of work and takes time and dedication and a lot of disappointments. I end up failing. i'm now thinking if i could create a brand and sell things on AMZ or something. Im glad that you found your purpose though. I do want to make income residually so I can travel to a lot ancient ruins in the world so I can learn so much from them, so Iove talking about ancient history alot and how the ancients were soo advance than us. Theres a lot of things we cant create like they did and cant explain, so Ive always been interested in that haha, sorry for the message and the long reply back.
@@SunnyWinterz this is amazing, I'm moved. Rarely do people pen down thoughts with such depth and I'm glad I'm fully able to comprehend what you mean cause I could relate to where you come from, the questions that I too asked at some point and track that I'm on rn. I too certainly believe in the light and refuse to give up. Will definitely work on making systems that makes it easier to form habits and stick to them. @Sunny Winterz just want to say you are God sent! Thank you so so much!! This has been so helpful - exactly what I am going through and I too am 28 🤣 I feel so validated
Great points about journaling. I do believe that and daily habits that support goals are huge. As someone in my 40’s, I’d caution on goals that involve others, such as “get married by 35”. Unfortunately with that as the goal, it can create desperation and blindness to toxic traits. If the goal is to be a good partner (and defining what that is for you) and changing the goal to what type of person you want to marry... you’re less likely to end up married miserably at 35. It’s far better to be alone, then to have reached a goal only to be lonely and miserable in it, because your target was off, Life has a way of teaching us these things.
Im 18,last two years were full of depression, anxeity, overthinking, stress, suicidal thoughts and all that kinda sh*t. Now i just want to invest more time in personality development and mental health to get hold of my life. Personally I think the biggest problem that we all have in common is that most of are mentally weak and this covid worsened the situation. So first thing we gotta focus is our mindset and mental health.
Hey buddy, I can highly recommend you to start with meditation. It is the best cure for basically all mental illnesses. Don't take my word for it thought. Do it every morning 10-20 minutes and see for yourself how you feel after two weeks. :) Let me know if you want me to recommend some stuff
There's all types of "mentally weak" - and looking back over Covid, I'd venture to say that the introverts coped better with lock down (it was bliss!!) but don't underestimate the restorative powers of getting out in nature, looking at the night sky, listening to the birds, just taking 5 minutes from the vexations of humanity
@@justgamingn you're absolutely right.. I did it once and saw major change but stopped in between because of bed rest and not enough mood to do in sickness but I'll start is again

In three years from now I would have completed my high school and would be in college away from home. Being my version of that girl with productive and positive habits, not procrastinating ever on my studies. I’ll make myself proud of how much I have achieved .
I always wanted to do a list that I must follow and achieve my goals. My main goal is to walk. I got paralyzed when I was 7 years old and doctors gave me many hopes that I can walk again in the future if I work hard. But sometimes is not easy at all to work hard as people say. I'm today 24 year old, I finished University and all but I can't walk because I can't fight. I feel not in a mood to fight and I hate this. I always tend to write down my goal and say that by the end of this year I must have done something but I don't achieve it. WHAT CAN I DO?? I have the possibility to walk again normally I just can't get myself together and work hard, it's to tiring to convince yourself, especially for something as important as your health!
hello ks , there is things in life that block us from doing things and for me this is my porn addiction and social media ruclips.net/video/_vcGF3HqZXg/видео.html i think this video can help you understand what i'm talking about hope you will walk soon buddy !!!
I wish you can walk again!! I do not understand why you need to fight in order to walk? Check Andrew Hubermann, he is a neuroscientist. If you learn how our brain works, you ll find better strategies!! Wishing you the Best and success! Small steps are often better. Better many small steps then NO big one. God bless you.
hey man, what helps me to do what I want my self to do (at leats more than without) is "atomic habits" found it useful to understand what can make acting easy and what may hinders u. also for me it has become a sort of mood-setter, cause I can often play the audio book and get myself to be productive, because the author wants you to be -and for me this external motivation helps quite a lot.
biggest advice someone gave me is that the first step to achieve sth is to actually start working for it, u dont need the motivation to do something, u have to start working first even if you dont feel like it , then the motivation follows . no matter how hard it is just push yourself then you will feel more motivated and you will keep improving. PUSH YOURSELF NO MATTER HOW HARD IT IS you will thank yourself later
I'm 23 years old and currently in a weird stage of my life. I feel anxious and depressed most days but I still have hope that one day, Ill be able to look back at this time period and be grateful that I went though it because its making me grow as a person. My goals consist of: -Saying my affirmations twice a day. -Making self care a priority. -Meeting more like-minded people. -Eating better and doing physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day. -Staying off social media for good. (I tend to compare myself to others when i'm in this weird mindset, I dont want to be like that anymore. Also, I want to figure out who my real friends are) -Build a closer relationship with God. -Just be more positive. I really hope I look back at this comment a year from now and be proud that I've overcome my current challenge. I hope light is near.

I have also changed my mindset about myself, and I’m trying to get to know myself more. It’s like experimenting on what you like and don’t like, reallllly doing a deep dive in yourself. It gets fun once you have an idea what’s made for you and what isn’t. Also remember that everything eventually works out. Think of yourself as a plant. The plant grows has you gradually water it. Here are the Complete Summary and TODOs for you guys 1) Five Years from today Write whatever you want to have in the next 5 years. Suggested topics are ->Health ->Career ->Finances ->Relationships Keep updating them as you like. Remember, you can use a pocket Journal to write down all the ideas and later move them to the original list. 2) Year plan: 2.1) Goals x Habits ->Write 3 goals per year - ->Write 3 habits per goal - ->Write actions/habits you will do daily to achieve those goals. 2.2)Quater Projects ->Divide the Year into quarters - -> Write what you can do in one of that quarter to achieve that specific goal. 2.3)Hour a day Mastery ->What information should I focus on to achieve my goal? 3)Weekly (On Sunday maybe) 3.1)Strategy Page: This is a very tactical goal-setting exercise to help you figure out what barriers are standing in your way to reaching your goal. ->Write Barriers you're facing to achieving that one goal? - ->For each barrier, write one logical idea to solve it. -> For one goal, write the intuitive idea to solve it? 4) Daily. -> Use each daily habit you derived for each goal and plan your day around it. -> Can use a daily journal to log your day and how to improve it the next day. Use this log when creating the weekly report. LASTLY: KEEP A POCKET JOURNAL AND KEEP LOGGING THE NEW IDEAS ABOUT YOUR LIFE IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS + ANY CREATIVE IDEAS.
I've developed a habit of adding 50 years to my actual age, making a reflection of my life and eventually asking myself being at that age am I happy of what I've achieved over the years. That's positively affected my life.
For me, the most important thing is to reverse engineer your goals. From the biggest goal to what has to happen to get there. Micro tasks and daily habits that align with each goal are also important as well as giving things a date and constant reviewing are essential. As time flies when you aren't looking. Great video. I had my life planned and everything was going fantastically until Covid blew my life up and now I have to start from scratch to rebuild. It was difficult but now I see it as a great opportunity.
How do you track it? in a physical notebook, spreadsheet, or something else? I'm finding that physical stuff barely work for me because i am too varied in my approach to stick with the physical limitations of the physical items.
I’m 19 and man how life feels so repetitive, I’m ready for greatness and this really helped for me to look int the path I want to take and how I desire to take it. Thanks man you helped a lot
I'm 18 and I'm going to college this year. I regret that I didn't utilize my time in high school to improve myself. I want to recreate my life and stop going with the flow. I want to become a better person. This vid showed me where to start my new journey. Thank you for making this vid
TIP: Write down the fun (and/or relaxing) things you're doing each day right next to your to TDL (to do list). For example: 1. Yoga 2. Sauna 3. Reading 4. Writing 5. Jiu Jitsu. Thus, your TDL doesn't seem like just an obnoxious list of things you have to do. It includes all the fun things you're doing and looking forward to. I love reading, writing, and studying and so reminding myself that I love them and that they're something I get to do rather than HAVE TO DO, makes all the difference in the world! Good luck! Let me know if this works for you :)
The Maverick Historian Beautiful tip friend! Thanks for sharing! I was always getting a little bit tired at seeing my to do list because there’s no fun element in it. People are different. Some people can live and work like a machine but some need a little bit of fun in life to get excited, like me. I will write down “reading book 15 minutes” in to my to do list because I also love reading book and see how it affects everything
The Maverick Historian I agree that your to-do list should also include fun things to do or things that you enjoy. However, if you include a LOT of these fun activities (or perhaps ones that in total take a long time to do each day) you'll end up not doing what you intended to do from the begining of that day. The same thing happened to me. I would write down all the necessary things that needed to be done each day and I also wrote a LOT of activities (video games, reading books, watching movies etc) that actually wasted my time more than the times I didn't have a daily plan. In summary: if you want to include fun things to do in your to-do list in order to bot get bored and frustrated from all the things you need to do, fine, but don't go overboard and fill your list with unnecessary things that waste your time more than you might think. Believe me, you'll just end up barely doing a single important task on your list.

What I get from this video? Keep a journal and hear to yourself. It is like being self conciouness to know what things are working for you. Thank you for sharing. The coolest thing that coukd happened to me is pass Microbiology with A.
It´s been a while since I´ve been feeling really lost. To find what´s missing or wrong, I believe is the hardest part. I was led to believe it was the marriage, or the stress of having four kids and very little money for everything the family needs, or even the lack of travelling due to the lack of money. I have been on a journey of trying to discover what it is that bothers me that much and takes away my joy. Many books, many talks and many walks taken in an attempt to find answers... to feel fulfilled. I am taking the first step, go back to exercising (and trying to put the family to do it as well, I used to be very active). The second step is to keep everything clean and organized (really, four kids...). Sorry for the long text... The will is broken for quite a while now, just needed to get out of my chest... I am hoping for the best, I´ve always been a hopeful "glass half full" kinda guy... It´s just that these last four years have been a really rocky downhill. Thank you for the video!
Man that's a lot of weight on your shoulders but I'm sure you know who is the only one that can carry it... It is you, you are strong enough to wake up every day and give everything for your kids, no one else in this world can do it. You are the only one they can count on, you are their super hero, just open up to your family when you're feeling down, and they will lift you up.
I’m 39 & a major procrastinator😤 but I’m starting a business and know that THIS VIDEO is a sign for me to get my act together! (Amen🙏🏾 & thank u algorithm✨😊)
I'm glad I bumped into this vid. I'm 29. Specially, 2 years ago I started questioning the purpose of my life. I had no specific goals in life regarding financial status. Lately, I've started to reflect and modify my life. I've developed some healthy habits, but still lacking somehow. One is using too much RUclips consuming stuffs I don't really need. So, I'll have to rectify this. I'll design my design my life now and hopefully your ways will help me achieve my goals as well.
I started designing my life in late 2018, I started with debt and a couple hundred dollars. It is amazing how far I've come in a little over a year. I'm documenting everything on my RUclips channel. Peace blessings and continued success in your adventure
Love your idea of transforming goals into daily habits. It's easy to be fixated on the goal, and forget that it is a day to day grind to getting there.
I want to make a good living doing something I love. It’s literally the only thing I want, but fear is a problem. I have to stop being scared of what everyone thinks.
We are 4 sisters and no brother, I am glad I'm born in this generation, where we can plan and design things and possibly achieve them too. I am doing this for you Dad! Love you! Always give me strength! ❤
Im a homeschooling mom and I began to journal plan our homeschool a year ago. Habit is not a huge problem because it surrounds an activity i love which is homeschool but includes personal things I don't just write down what we plan to do. I write down how the week went, or why i changed something, what id like to do or things that could be done relate to what we did. I write goals for homeschooling, if we skip a day I write something. "Texas Freeze" or "national emergency due to Harvey" or " too excited for sleepover this weekend, only accomplished x" its fun to look back on them. Make it your own. Do it how it works for you.
Trust me, I've done what you said before watching this video and it's made a huge difference. I'm more motivated, more purposeful, less stressed and more able to weather the storm at work. Creating an elaborate long-term career plan was a huge learning curve.
Thank you so much for this video! I’ve been trying to reinvent my life this year, it’s been a weird year but it has also allowed me to focus on the things I need to and dig deep and get my mindset in order! I’m working on getting up earlier, working out and meditating. Journaling at least once a week and checking on myself throughout each day to see how I am doing! This video literally changed my life. I have been habit tracking for 2 months now. I didn't know what habit tracking was. This video led me to google habit tracking and now i have a bullet journal. Alex your videos have impact. Well done.
The 1 thing I took away last time was weekly habit tracking scorecards. And then I combine them all to do a monthly scorecard and calculate percentages. Also following intuitions. When an idea just pops into my head whilst I'm walking and I write it down. These are were my best ideas come from. But yes, this video was the start of a chain of events for me.
This is incredibly helpful and practical. Thank you for organizing the information so well. I want to be in a healthy fun-filled relationship so I've developed some goals and daily habits for myself. The coolest thing that could happen to me this year is to fall in love with a loving man. Here 's what has NOT worked: 1. Having negative beliefs about dating & relationships 2. Not expressing my needs and holding on to men who won't meet them 3. Not putting myself out there This is how I'm changing: 1. Not taking rejection personally and having a light-hearted attitude about meeting new people 2. Being upfront about needs and wants, and not moving forward with men who judge me for them 3. Healing my inner child and letting her shine Needless to say, I have been attracting higher quality men. I can't wait to refine my habits further and am more excited than ever about my future.
I am 19, I will also design my life consciously! I'll write a summary in the comments and what I did in detail after watching this video one more time. Thank you so much for this video!
Love you Archita Desai. This exercise is for you. 1) What do you want your life to look like in 10 years? There are no limits! Go big! 2) What do you have to achieve in 5 years to get closer to your goal in 10 years? 3) What do you have to achieve in 1 year to get closer to your goal in 5 years? 4) What do you have to achieve in 3 months to get closer to your one-year goal? 5) What are the things that can you do NOW to reach your three-month goal? 6) Write down at least three things and TAKE ACTION! ;)
I’m 15 years old and have a mindset dead set on being successful in life. Not just money, travel, education, whatever but also being happy and actually appreciate what I have done. I have very strong ADHD, OCD, and other things that obstruct my day to day thinking, consistency, and motivation to be able to design my life. For example often I get confused and overthink whatever I am doing or what to write down, where to go, what to do even in that very moment. But I believe I will find a way to design my life and achieve success. This video definitely helped. And if anyone sees this comment and have any advice please feel free to share.

I’m 17. One of the first things I want to do to change my life is to drink more water and eat a little healthier. To me, doing this before/while changing my mindset is super important. I can’t change my mindset if my body isn’t properly fueled. If I’m not eating right or I’m dehydrated, I just can’t have my mind straight. Then I can work on my body and image because that’s not the most important thing to me.
Hey Alex. I really feel led to say that I hope you change your goal from “want to be married by 35” to something more about the type of relationship you aim to find and really not emphasize the timeline. ❤️ Best of luck to you, and thanks for the video

Any books that you have found invaluable in your life? They don't necessarily have to be about goal setting.

Self discipline : do what you have to do at the time you should do it whether you feel like it or not. This is very key to achieving your life goals.

@@stargirl7963 ok
Wise words
I Agree, Very True !!!!
Brian Tracy used to say that about discipline.
Summary:
You cannot unconsciously achieve your goals. You have to actively design your life with your goals in mind. You can script your life towards where you wanna go.
Example: Coaches have a plan for their team and their games, Buildings need a blueprint design for them to be constructed.
Part 1: Vision or Game Plan
How to do it? Through journaling
Journal about the kind of life you envision for yourself
Make a note of "what are the coolest things that I could have 5 years from today”
Consciously and actively think about it and put it down on paper or somewhere.
Thanks so much
Thanks man
Nice use of Chat GPT
Thank you for summarising the insights.
Gracias
I made some kind of a summary for the video, but it's pretty long. It has the 3 parts, plus a little appendix at the bottom with all the documents mentioned.
1. The Design, Vision: what is the coolest thing that could happen this year?
a. the purpose here is to have a concrete goal on what you want to achieve, and aim for that with purpose, instead of wandering around aimlessly
Methods:
a. REVIEW Yearly Envisioning Document twice a day
b. pocket journal
: what you want, where to steer your life, random fleeting revelations
c. Five Years From Today document
d. regularly think about/write down what you want to build/create/achieve (anywhere or in pocket journal, then migrate to yearly/five yearly document?)
2. Daily Habits
Every goal needs to have an associated process goal, aka about that is designed to approach the goal
- break down goals into habits, OP uses 3 goals a year, 3 habits a goal, a certain amount of time each habit (try not to make habits goal oriented, make them time oriented)
Methods:
a. yearly envisioning document: read it every day, twice a day.
3. Follow Through
- to make sure you follow through with your habits, have a master the day journal page: (did you follow all habits? what can you improve on?)
- follow intuitions on if you want to pivot
Methods:
a. thursday mastermind: are you happy? Are you building the life you want?
b. weekly strategy journal page
c. daily habit tracking
d. pocket moleskin journal: probably put master the day journal page in here too, or separate journal.
DOCUMENTS AND JOURNALS MENTIONED
1A. YEARLY ENVISIONING DOCUMENT:
- daily habits, unique projects for each quarter, self improvement tasks
1B. POCKET JOURNAL :
- hunches, intuitions, and passing revelations: write down what changes about your thinking, ideas from books or podcasts, and nagging feelings that something is wrong (am i proud of what I am doing? do i like the direction my life is going in? is this relationship a lasting one?)
- weekly journal page: where do you want to be? Are you on track? What has to change/can be improved?
1C. FIVE YEARS FROM TODAY: what would be the coolest thing that could happen over the next five years of my life?(forget about what seems "achievable" for the moment, because your idea of achievable is limited by who you are and what you have achieved right now). you want this page so that the goals are always on your mind, even if you aren't sure yet how to get there. review these every day.
2A. same as 1A
3A. I don't know much about these
3B. see 1B
3C. Daily Habit Tracking: you probably don't need to keep these trackers, just track every week in some scratch notebook and migrate reflections to the pocket journal. improvements on habits are subconsciously maintained in my experience.
3D. see 1B
Sorry if this is also convoluted. I made this mostly for myself, but if you think it can be better formatted, feel free to reply with the better format. If i see it I'll edit my comment and paste the better format instead.

I love the internet and I love you for making this. Thank you 💝
I should have read the comments first, I just spent 45 minutes doing this same thing!
This is my description of the methods and specific questions you can ask to guide you through the creation of each document.

It has 2 parts, nightly and weekly
-Master the Day Nightly Reflection
Did I do what I intended to today?

I always look for this type of comments. Thank you for doing the effort for helping others!!!
I want to overcome my procrastinating habbit THE MOST.
You can do it! Step by step!
I will reply to this comment tomorrow
TRUEE

Sometimes all we need is to see ourselves through other people's eyes! Wish you luck haha go get em Thabo

AWESOME!
For fellow adult ADHD folks out there watching this, increase video speed to 1.25x. lengthy videos make us skip ahead or lose focus, so this forces you to focus harder to understand what he's saying.
"lengthy videos" it's 12 minutes LOL

Omg seriously! It's not super long but I WAS skipping ahead...good tip!
Part 1: journaling
1. A journal to write down what kind of life you wanna have

Great sound track man!
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 2 months ago about self development and now have 76 subs and almost 55 hour watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so much lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place
that is awesome!!
Also, as part of my video creation progress, I’m switching to a better editing software and a camera so the learning curve is much higher and slows down the completion speed of my next videos so please hang on tight!
Life is too short to spend most of our time what others want us to do. At the the end of the day, you’re the captain of your own ship so you might as well steer towards the direction you wanna go even if you’re lost because in this way, you know that you’re on the right track no matter how slow and rough the journey is. Keep it up! 👍
U are doing a awesome work.. carry on , buddy 😊

I am in the same boat. Where am I now ? Where I would like to be ??I don’t like it.
how’s been going ?
Its the goal that keeps them on track.
gabzz72 such a good answer ❤️

good to have a plan, in terms of skills I think. the other 80% of life, smile, laugh and enjoy the ride baby !
Many people say they wish they could be more successful, have more money, be happier, and feel healthier yet they can’t seem to achieve these things. ;)
it's not the problem to dream, imagine and plan your goals
it's the problem to get job done through daily routine tasks when you physically don't feel like up to.
Your dreams are very valid, Fatima.
I am sending you hugs and light.
Seeing your comment after one year you wrote this .....
Little questions you shall ask yourself...
1. Did your opinion on your father change or did he change ?
2. Did your overall thought pattern develop
3. Did you figure out why you want to live and what you want to do
I'm 26 and now I'm going to create my best 5 years of the life thank you Alex .
yessssss
I'm 15 and questioning my existence. Asking so many questions and afraid of what's coming in the future. I hope I will make the right choices that will lead me to my success and happiness.
Same!!
Keep questioning and asking questions. Anxiety and fear about the future are okay and necessary to gain perspective. Everything will be fine.
Don’t put so much stress on yourself. Remember you can’t control the past or future. But you can control your presence.
Hey, just some advice (I was in a similar place to you) - there is no right or wrong choices. Thinking that way will only stress you out and lead to analysis paralysis when life starts giving you choices that truly don't have a right or wrong answer (meaning your gut goes quiet, you sit down to write advantages vs disadvantages and find it's tied - you're sitting there are the middle point, and that's when you suffer the most.)
Whatever you choose, have faith in yourself (and in a higher power if you'd like - that's a big motivator) and realize you'll be just great eitherways.

I worked at a shelter years ago and a lot of people just weren’t educated about birth control choices. hey guys if you ever find yourself not doing something you have to do, one of the most basic things i recommend is a mindset shift instead of saying i "have" to...tell your self i "get" to because what you tell yourself can really have a huge impact and it's one of the easiest ways to get into gratitude // i can list so many more things but i don't want to write a whole 10 page essay here it'd be too much haha but anyways we're all learning in this self improvement space so please let me know some of your advice :D

It's a tough balance, but possible Anchit
I agree that overthinking is not good - yes, keep things in balance by using healthy habits to follow the vision and goals you have for your life😊🏀😊🏀
true, i always overthink about everything thats why i never get things done. taking action is more important

Theres a lot of things we cant create like they did and cant explain, so Ive always been interested in that haha, sorry for the message and the long reply back.
don't worry you are still a lot younger than many...who still didn't start.
Part 1 -Vision
Pocket journal
Part 2- daily habit
Part 3 - follow up
Great points about journaling.
It’s far better to be alone, then to have reached a goal only to be lonely and miserable in it, because your target was off,
Life has a way of teaching us these things.
So first thing we gotta focus is our mindset and mental health.
you got it love
You are truly my inspiration. Good luck mate❤

In three years from now I would have completed my high school and would be in college away from home. Being my version of that girl with productive and positive habits, not procrastinating ever on my studies.
I’ll make myself proud of how much I have achieved .
goodluck on ur journey!
You can do it!!
The first thing that I think is important is having a better relationship with my Dad and GOD!
I have the possibility to walk again normally I just can't get myself together and work hard, it's to tiring to convince yourself, especially for something as important as your health!
hello ks , there is things in life that block us from doing things and for me this is my porn addiction and social media
ruclips.net/video/_vcGF3HqZXg/видео.html i think this video can help you understand what i'm talking about
hope you will walk soon buddy !!!
Good luck 🌸🌸💪
My goals consist of:
-Saying my affirmations twice a day.
-Making self care a priority.
-Meeting more like-minded people.
-Eating better and doing physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day.
-Staying off social media for good. (I tend to compare myself to others when i'm in this weird mindset, I dont want to be like that anymore. Also, I want to figure out who my real friends are)
-Build a closer relationship with God.
-Just be more positive.

can we appreaciate how close this video is to being 5 years old? i'd love to have an update of how things went to this guy by using his metodology :)
Here are the Complete Summary and TODOs for you guys
1) Five Years from today
Write whatever you want to have in the next 5 years. Suggested topics are
->Health
->Career
->Finances
->Relationships
Keep updating them as you like. Remember, you can use a pocket Journal to write down all the ideas and later move them to the original list.
2) Year plan:
2.1) Goals x Habits
->Write 3 goals per year
- ->Write 3 habits per goal
- ->Write actions/habits you will do daily to achieve those goals.
2.2)Quater Projects
->Divide the Year into quarters
- -> Write what you can do in one of that quarter to achieve that specific goal.
2.3)Hour a day Mastery
->What information should I focus on to achieve my goal?
3)Weekly (On Sunday maybe)
3.1)Strategy Page: This is a very tactical goal-setting exercise to help you figure out what barriers are standing in your way to reaching your goal.

Thank you dear
You can do it! I'm 40 and finally finishing my bachelor's degree.
I’m also 18 and I feel the exact same way.
👍
Im 18 feeling the same
TIP: Write down the fun (and/or relaxing) things you're doing each day right next to your to TDL (to do list).

I like this and am going to give it a go. Thank you!
This. Cos we're not robots.
Believe me, you'll just end up barely doing a single important task on your list.
first thing: i want to learn about myself mentally, physically, and spiritually...to document and share my process
Good luck 🌠

Hi, is there a blog post for this or a summarized version for this?
@@ModernHealthMonk Hey will you do that for this episode too? :o elsewise I'll annoy you! Like you said :^)
It´s been a while since I´ve been feeling really lost.

Much success in achieving your goals. You can do it!!

Love your idea of transforming goals into daily habits. It's easy to be fixated on the goal, and forget that it is a day to day grind to getting there.

Im still VERY young and have realised i need to set myself up, im now determined and at 13

Thankyou for this video. I am 24 and I have hope for myself. It’s refreshing that you were 24 when you started your journey as well. ✨
This is incredibly helpful and practical. Thank you for organizing the information so well. I want to be in a healthy fun-filled relationship so I've developed some goals and daily habits for myself. The coolest thing that could happen to me this year is to fall in love with a loving man.
Here 's what has NOT worked:
1. Having negative beliefs about dating & relationships
2. Not expressing my needs and holding on to men who won't meet them
3. Not putting myself out there
This is how I'm changing:
1. Not taking rejection personally and having a light-hearted attitude about meeting new people
2. Being upfront about needs and wants, and not moving forward with men who judge me for them
3. Healing my inner child and letting her shine
Needless to say, I have been attracting higher quality men. I can't wait to refine my habits further and am more excited than ever about my future.
I am 19, I will also design my life consciously!
I'll write a summary in the comments and what I did in detail after watching this video one more time.
Thank you so much for this video!

I’m 17. One of the first things I want to do to change my life is to drink more water and eat a little healthier. To me, doing this before/while changing my mindset is super important. I can’t change my mindset if my body isn’t properly fueled. If I’m not eating right or I’m dehydrated, I just can’t have my mind straight.
