As someone who is not organized by nature, I have found a combination of google calendar, a bullet journal, and a whiteboard with magnetized labels for the general things I do on a weekly basis to be a very useful system. Hopefully it helps me keep all the plates spinning this time. 😅
    Love and appreciate the video!

I live and die by my Google Calendar. For me, planning my day out really helps me stay organized and productive. I work from home, and I often set reminders on my Alexa so that I also have audible reminders in case I'm focused on a project and I forget to look at the clock/ calendar.
I thought you were moving to New York? What made you decide to move to Chicago?

Great topic and one that a lot of people just get wrong. I've outsourced as much stuff as I can, such as grocery delivery, housekeeping, yard and car maintenance, etc. so I have more hours available to focus on my business. I have a calendar that is usually filled up 3 weeks in advance and I have time blocked out for exercise, family, etc. so I can't use that excuse that I didn't have time.

I'm don't planning my week, I usually just get prepared for routine tasks (school, weightlifting classes etc.) and than just use my free time (I have a lot of it, I just realized it) and go for a little walks with friends and if plans are changing I just reschedule my day in the morning or in free time (bus to and from school for me is the best time to reschedule a day). Also if someone interested I live in the Belarus)

Could you, Gentleman, please, teach us, your students, what to wear in the summer, to seem like a Gentleman, to keep up with our natural style?

    • @JosephMoore-gc8me
      @JosephMoore-gc8me Месяц назад

Gladly. Depending on how hot your summers are, don’t be afraid of wearing shorts at outside BBQ, pool, and resort events. You’ll hear stories that back in the day boys wear shorts but men wear pants, but that’s a tradition born in cooler northern climates. My local climate is tropical in the summer (I.e., humid).
I have 3 pairs of summer shorts: traditional Madras, khaki cotton, and a black linen pair. I’m shopping for 2 more shorts, one textured, one patterned.
Pair your shorts with a nice cotton polo shirt or button down linen shirt.
For pants, go chinos, khakis and seersuckers, or tropical wool for suit pants. Put the jeans away until fall.
For dress shirts, poplin all the way under a quarter-lined linen, summer-weight wool, or Hopsack sport coat. If you can get your hands on quality bamboo fabric, I’ve heard that’s really nice and breathable. Fresco for a suit is another great material.
Sneakers for shorts are fine if you keep them clean. Walking shoes with no-show socks are a great option as well, especially with summer pants. Do NOT wear sneakers with chinos, khakis, or seersucker.
This is a starter list, but I’ve done my best to nail the fundamentals.
      Does this help? What else?

I’m full of admiration for how you are learning good manners, and how you are sharing what you have recently learnt.
    However table manners are key.
Don’t worry with the BS of “cocktails” - most top drawer people would happily strain their port through a tea strainer.
What you need to work on is your table etiquette - it lets you down!
How you’re handling your knife and fork, speak volumes regards the social status of your upbringing!
I have no issue with social status and respective manners, but if you’re putting yourself out there as an expert, you need to learn how to handle a knife and fork correctly.

Although we are all improving as we get more experienced with life, it seems you have somewhat matured the gentleman within before you started to just make videos about something you are just beginning to explore, as we see so very often.
