Hybrid Chest Workout - is it any good? Calisthenics expert tries gym exercises WITH calisthenics

So I absolutely love calisthenics and working with bodyweight to build strength and muscle. Bodybuilders are some of the strongest people too though - so I decided to try some of their workouts and mix it up with my bodyweight training. A hybrid workout taking the best of both worlds - let’s see how effective it actually is!

Man the long videos are WAY better than i thought!
not only they're fun as hell, but there's some solid Advices there and there
*Edit* : about the "exercise 1 day at week" yeah i Definitely agree, even only one day its way better than doing nothing especially if you traning so hard, there's even a good chance it will increase after loving exercising more too! Remember, even legends start somewhere.
