      Do normal pushups and slowly advance
      Once you get enought strength, u will be able to do it

      It’s not a skill so much as strength. Start on your knees. Once you can do 30 Perfect push-ups in a row, you’re ready

      @@unknown69801 a bad one is when you over arch your back (banana back) & have limited range of motion.
      A perfect push-up = core & glutes engaged, full ROM nose to floor and back up

      Do knee pushups till you can do one, when you can do one do it as often as possible and when you do it always try for 2 and so on
