I can only do 1 push up..I remember the days when I could do between 40 to 60 push-ups while in the Army and 17 years of age. Now 60 yrs young and only 1 push-up, but I'm going to train again in the gym to see what I can achieve. Maybe not near as much as when I was young, but anything more than 1 is gratifying.
I overslept and missed chest day, so I searched chest workout at home and found this video. Man my chest looked so good after doing this even better than my gym workout.

@@unknown69801 a bad one is when you over arch your back (banana back) & have limited range of motion. A perfect push-up = core & glutes engaged, full ROM nose to floor and back up

Do normal pushups and slowly advance
Once you get enought strength, u will be able to do it
It’s not a skill so much as strength. Start on your knees. Once you can do 30 Perfect push-ups in a row, you’re ready

Do knee pushups till you can do one, when you can do one do it as often as possible and when you do it always try for 2 and so on
