After having two children I’ve lost so much strength because I just gave up working out. Since my husband has deployed I’ve been doing weightlifting and trying to get my push-ups back. This is definitely motivating!
@@hollowtree9763 Well to be honest after he got back from deployment we fell out of working out. We had a lot going on. Anyways, we’re super active now. We don’t work out much, but we do a ton of walking, running and chasing the kiddos. I got my push-ups back so that’s cool! We just had or third child in April and that’s pushed us to be better too.
Started implementing this workout as my regularly chest and triceps workout for the past month. At first I couldn't do it properly the whole thing, but right now I can. And even after, I still manage to max out even more push ups to get the most burning sensation. This is a really good workout for muscle hypertrophy and building. Keep up with this. Your doing good. :)
@@dsuwobble this shouldnt be a parameter to you, this is too difficult for first day. especially if it is expected to do 2-3 reps, thats not quite clear to me.

Second day of overtime and I work th is weekend so gotta love that plus I’m STILL finding time to get to it! Walking testimony I love this life 💪🏾.💯 don’t get me wrong , the workouts are tough but consistency is key ! Nobody told me the road would be east and I don’t believe he brought me this far to leave me ! 🙏🏾🗣️

Well, I can finally do this... If I take an extra break during one of the upright planks. My shoulders can't take it yet. But I'm getting there. This is brutal. Which is exactly what I needed.
Don't rush or worry about reps. Just do the workout as best you can and as good as you can. If you only get 5 then you only get 5. Don't get discouraged, you got this 💪🏻
I know I can do this, I do 500 push ups daily followed by ya workouts .. Arms gon be noodles but I’m always up to push myself 💯 Gon do the 30 day dumbell challenge for the 3rd time starting Wednesday after I finish ya latest 30 day workout & include this in it 💪🏽

The isometric push-up was the most brutal, I’m grateful I survived. Good stuff!
