i made this for breakfast today and thanks , use a stainless fry pan and pulled it to cool then added the egg, added chives too, i put everything into soy sauced rice and muct say that ginger really added flavor. so thanks again and will make this again and good luck to you david
Hi Mandy, I just want tell you that your wok is fantastic! I made the shrimp fried rice with it. What can I say? I loved the deep interior which kept everything where it should be. I loved the light weight of the wok. I'm so used to using cast iron. Their wonderful in their own right but they are not the best to use when you want to make stir-fry! Seasoning and cleaning were a snap too. Thanks so much for this little treasure. I plan on cooking more of your delicious recipes.
As always, looks yummy. I also make the occasional ''Chinese'' style breakfast for myself by using any leftover stir-fry from another meal. I portion the leftovers and freeze them so I have enough mix to make a one egg - Egg Foo Young style omelette. Just chop the stir-fry mix a little and add to the scrambled egg. I will be making your Egg and Shrimp soon. You are an amazing chef, love your show. 🐼✌💗

And i really love the chinese dishes ..street foood.. i too made the egg fried rice.. it just taste like the streets.. 😄😄... im going try a lot more... id love to know the reciepe of ganggoqi... i donno if i spell it right... but il tell you.. its like all dat fried jirou ... tudou.. and all veggies.. mushroom. mixed up and its dry but at the base there is sprouted beans.. and its in a big flat pan they keep it and light the flame.. 😍😍.... i wish i could make dat.... 😊😊😊

Blanch the broccoli first. and then cook the broccoli with the shrimp together. the rest of the step is the same.
