    I went through this flow for the full 5 minutes to show how I integrate many different mobility exercises into one flow and work on hip mobility, thoracic mobility, ankle mobility, core stability, developmental patterns, activation, etc.
    Why not combine smart with fun and engaging? This will make you feel great and you don't have to start with advanced moves but rather start with very simple things.
