- Brand X Ascend dropper seatpost has been on my list for quite some time. Luckily, I came across this eBay auction where one was listed as spare and repair. I did not expect to fix it that simple so I bought another one for parts. Now we can use the other one in a future video. It looks like these droppers are bullet proof.

I buy a newly ASCEND BRAND X DROPPER SEAT POST,,when i pull the lever in Downpart of the dropper you can push down the SEAT POST but when you want to going up while you pulling the lever,It cant instead if you pull the SEAT POST in upward position it goes up basically it's not automatically return's up
,,what are the possible problem of this DROPPER SEAT POST sir,,thank you!

My Ascend II external just goes down when I sit on it... Wiggle replaced it but now want to fix the first one so my son can use it. Hoping this works... now need to find a spare spoke.

Exactly, with a bit of work, you can recycle old parts and still end up with a pretty good bike. I have some builds coming up that will hopefully showcase that.

Just tried the thing with the spoke and it get stucked inside it And i can't take it out

Very strange, maybe try to hold the spoke with some pliers. When I did it on mine, I tapped the spoke lightly and it was moving freely so I got it out by hand. Hope you get it out with the pliers.
I have a brand x and the problem i have is that it is stuck in the up position, do you have any ideas

Do you think this will work if mind only goes up half way and the cable is sticky
You can get the seapost out of your frame and see if the cable is pulling all the way. You might need a bit more tension in your cable.

The small one on the buttom part of it where you put the cable lock
@@denntv8716 I haven't seen these for sale, your best bet will be to watch on eBay for a broken post that you can get for cheap and steal the part from it.
