Hi George. You can chill the dough for at least 2 hours. You can also freeze it. Just take it out of the freezer when you want to bake. Let it sti at room temperature until it’s soft enough for you to easily scoop or form them into balls. Pop into preheated oven and bake. You can also form them into balls, cover, then freeze. Georgie is growing up too fast for his Mamie 😊
