I'm pretty sure /ps/ and /psh/ aren't real affricates, rather they're consonant clusters. Also, wouldn't the writing system be very ambiguous when writing quickly? Those letters are pretty hard to differentiate. Very interesting, though, still.
Great writing system, I just have one recommendation. If this is supposed to be ancient writing, it would be pretty hard to read because it would be really hard to tell the difference if you probably didn’t have lined paper.....
The sound at 2:15 should be written /ja/ . /y/ is a vowel, the rounded closed front vowel to be specific, the pronounciation is that of French "u" or German "ü". Oh, and some of the later vowels were pretty weird, too.
That writing system is quite intuitive. Seriously, I wish I had come up with that. Honestly, back when I was about 14, I came up with a shorthand system that LOOKED a lot like that, but it had ZERO of the logic to it. Yours is logically patterned, with justifiable deviation(s). (I'm only at the 2:14 mark)
legend says hes still writing part 2 to this very day.

I think this language sounds very interesting and the orthography is beautiful (but a little bit ambiguous)! I can’t wait to learn more!
My writing system is based on phonetic too! But your ws is so interesting, creative and with a good aesthetic!
Thank God you called it [nɑwɑtɬ] and not [nɑwɑtəl]
[nɑwɑtəl] is pain owo/uwu is pain CLIFFHANGERS IS PAIN
