From my experience, SBS is brilliant when it comes to warranty claims. They even sent me a replacement item when I clearly told them I didn't want it. The one I received wasn't perfect but perfectly usable.
I want to place an order, you don't have my size, I don't have an order # and so can't use the canned options-- is there an email for SBS? Can't find one anywhere on the site.
Gripping all 4 glove fingers and pulling works well if you already have one glove off....but it is not so easy taking the first glove off with a gloved hand! Do you have any tips?
If it feels 'stuck' to my hand then I'll pull each fingertip slightly first, to try and free that connection before trying to take the whole glove off. The same principle applies of gripping as wide an area of the glove as possible when removing. It should still be possible with a gloved hand. Cheers, Tony
DXR! No thank you. The ones I bought from you, materials and construction looked good. But didn't take long for my fingers to feel the aluminium levers. The gloves don't last.
if a glove is said to be waterproof and its found not to be will you replace them ???
If that's the case and it's within the warranty period then you can return them for inspection and possible replacement. Cheers, Tony
