  • In this tutorial I will teach you how I crochet this beautiful easy lacy shawl. This is the Calandria Shawl by Drops Design. Only 2 repeating rows make up this pattern. Keep crocheting and you can make it as large as you like!
    This video is not sponsored.
    To make this shawl I used a gorgeous blue yarn from Knitcrate. Try knitcrate and get 20% off your first order using code JONNA20
    Link: mbsy.co/l97QM.
    I used about 300 yards but recommend more like 350-450 in worsted weight.
    I also used an H 5.00mm Crochet hook, scissors and a yarn needle to wave in ends.
    Thank you for watching, leaving a comment, giving this video a like, sharing the RUclips link with your friends and SUBSCRIBING! I hope you’re having a lovely crochet day. ~Jonna

    Absolutely beautiful and so easy to follow. You are definitely one of the , if not the best, in my opinion, crochet instructors. So clear and no unnecessary repeating how to do a stitch like others do. The color choice is so beautiful and helps when you're watching to learn. Keep up the great job!

      Ramona, one stitch is the turning chain.

    This is beautiful and I love the color, I get stuck on the second row though the first set of Double Trebles you say chain six, then double treble four more times, then at the end you say double treble four times so one side has 5 and the other has 4, I’m guessing it happens to work out? I really like this pattern! Thanks!

    • @JonnaMartinezCrochet
      @JonnaMartinezCrochet  6 лет назад

      That’s how this pattern is. I found it odd too. I thought it was a mistake of mine at first.
      . I followed the chart and that’s how it is on the chart as well as written.
      You can add another DTR if you like.
