    I just want to comment and say that I really appreciate you talking honestly and openly about your digestion issues. I have similar issues and I find it more empowering to then talk about it in public after hearing you saying it. It really helps, honestly. Keep up the good work.
    Also for digestion and Gut content, I would really recomment the following book.. Helps you understand why you want to poop when you see your home:

    Agree with you Lucy, walnuts are delicious. My fav nut is a dry roasted almond.

    I agree with Ben about the nuts! I like cashews and pistachios though
