Am considering retiring in Chiang Mai. I like the condos with a restaurant in them or at least very nearby. The Twin Peaks has that I think...looking for a one or two bedroom condo to rent on a yearly basis.
Simon you are incredible your tours are very informative and helpful. Lena is my favorite agent. Her personality shines through Simon what type camera you are using. it is amazing clarity and audio.
Hi there, even I am impressed with the quaulity straight out of the camera and this is not even set to the cameras highest resolution settings but the details in the images are incredible. I am using the dji Osmo pocket 3 - it is an amazing camera!
Sure and that is possible, but then you are further out of town and lack the location and other conveniences of renting a condo in town, But again this is personal choice and certainly agree houses give much better value in terms of living space here in Chiang Mai
OMG, this would be 100% perfect for us. Has everything we want and need. Loved it as soon as you opened the door. We would take this in a heart beat. Everything is just right. But, and its a big but....we have a cat. I don't think we will ever find a good place to live that will take a cat 😞
"If I may offer one piece of advice, the camera movement is too fast and unstable. It would be good to pay attention to the angles and speed of the shots."
No. That's a mistake. I live in Thailand for nearly 10 years All of those who came here just for the cost of leaving left after a short time and was not so happy after 6 month.
$500 no amenities. Is this a joke? Expats it's your money. Do what is best for YOU. You can find for the same price amenities that are better than this. Stop selling yourself short men.
We totally agree with you there are plenty of condos in this price range that have a pool and a gym, but this is more focused on the size of the condo. The newer buildings with the facilities are generally much smaller units. Or do you know some newer large units with facilities that you would like to recommend?

That is awesome, do you have any idea when you will be arriving,. there are is a restaurant downstairs of Twin Peaks too.
@@perfecthomeschiangmai Probably 2025 / 26...we live in S.E.A. so working on a plan.
Interested in a one year rental initially, no rush but done all my homework for the financials, visas, health insurance etc... enjoying yr videos.
@@andy-ht4ts Thats awsome!
Greetings Andy I am thinking same thing. I am burned out here in states. These are incredible. I am tired of trying to keep a house yard and repairs.
Lena was the best part of this video.
For sure!
Nice place. Thanks for the tour!
Glad you enjoyed it

Great tour thanks very much!

Great video, as always. For $500 a month i would prefer to rent a detached house

the owners are very friendly and usually if you ask nicely they will agree. That's my experience
@@krisalasky6897 Its not the owners necessarily. 99% of condo buildings in CM won't allow a cat, even if the owner says its OK.
Correct! you can get blocked from the condo and then the owner of the unit can do nothing to gain access again.

Thank you, we are constantly trying to improve the quality of the videos.
really nice.
Thank you! Cheers!
Beautiful place. But I thought chaing mi had unhealthy air pollution. They have been in the news for months.
Thanks, for sure Chiang mai has a smokey season and has done for hundreds of years, Remember no where is perfect!
How far are you from the city from here
Well it really depends on what you call the city as this is officially in the city, but about 6 minutes on a motor bike to the old town wall.

Thank you for your thoughts and comments we always love to hear from you guys!
most corny and useless talkative interviewer in all of youtube
Yet another goober Thailand vlogger.
Why thank you for your thoughts and comments!
