Yeah, they are both really good options, for me the second one stood out for the finish in the room and building, the first one great for the size and view :)
I’d be interesting to know if perfect homes have approx rental assessments done so we could work out return on investments. (And for people not looking to buy it’d be good seeing what sort of place you could get for that type of budget). Just a thought.
John you can buy a studio for 1.3 million thai baht I have seen this penthouse before it’s amazing John with the views there is a swimming pool here as well John you forgot to show it in your last video I would love to buy a small studio here
If you wanted to keep a small dog , most wouldn’t mind , unless of course it is a yapper and annoys your neighbours. Always worthwhile asking to be sure though.
Thanks, Jon, for the visit. I like the smaller condo better. But please tell me, when you mention the surface area of the condo, does it include the balcony as well?
Same mic with this bit plugged in, sadly it wasn't working properly for some reason and had to really mess around to get the audio to where it is now, hopefully next time it won't go wrong :)
Not nice. Nothing against a large balcony - but that balcony is half the apartment and most of it is useless (in front of the bedrooms). The large area with the seating is nice - a little hot tub would be nice and I definitely miss that they provide a shower outside (which would make sense - even if you just use it for sunbathing). No laundry area and no maid's room - wasted pace. Architect should better work at McDonalds.
another great tour, keep them coming!
Thanks!
Second one ☝️ absolutely feeling home. I can picture myself in.
👍
200 000 dollars for a condo in Northern Thailand? That's insane
4 naan, Rob? 4?
Still some great places there :)
absolutely.. actually buying real estate in thailand is nuts
i've been eying both units on their website, pleasantly surprised to see them pop up on this video :)

Both are nice but I prefer the 2nd Condo. Thx for Showing Jon !
Yep, I liked the second one more, thanks mate :)
Jon, quit showing people my house! LOL, that is 100% what the wife and I were looking for, saw it on a realtor site yesterday too.
Haha, yeah these are awesome places!

I'm not sure actually, I will check :)
Beautiful places! How bad is the smoke season over there? I’m visiting the city next month and I’m a little worried tbh.
Yeah it can get bad, some years worse than others, currently it's not too bad and is worse in other parts of the country, that could change though!

Yeah studios in this building are quite cheap, ah didn't realise there was a pool in there!
I mean, 200k in Milan gets you a shoe box in a Milan slum. This is great.
👍
Wow if they allowed small dogs it would be a great spot to live.

Yeah, it's possible but quite hard when it comes to condos :)
Cheers
Thanks mate :)

The first one he said the 271sq meters is including balcony
@@Openeyesopenheart42 Thanks. English is not my first language, I may not have paid attention enough.
Yep, the balcony is always included in the size of condos in Thailand
@@jondcanton Thanks for confirming, as it is not the case here in Canada.
Isnt 200k$ the equivalent of around 500k$ in Bangkok ?
Condos in Chiang Mai are a lot cheaper than Bangkok if you compare in the best areas of each city.
Better sound with the old Microphone

Id rather have a 100k cindo and 100k for my Lima Bravo Maids.
😂
Little problem, foreigners can't open property in Thailand
Foreigners can buy condos, as long as the total ownership of said condo building is at least 51% Thai owned.
Time to do some research
Foreigners can own freehold condos

These places have nothing on bangkok
