The high price isn’t the issue. The kitchen is the issue. For that price I would want a better kitchen.
I tend to agree with you but many do not see the kitchen as an import part of a condo. they eat out or order deliveries these days.

Do they have any good dentist in Chiang Mai?
Sure there are many good dentists in Chiang Mai and very affordable - Thailand is well know for its medical tourism and Chiang mai is a great place for many medical treatments.
Way overpriced. And in a remote location too. In my view, these overpriced condos are not what Chiang Mai is all about. It seems like everyone in Thailand is trying to upsell foreigners expensive everything, from condos to expensive meals. They don't understand that high prices make Thailand very unappealing. Without low prices, Thailand is a pass for me and many others I know. Too much BS you have to deal with, so I'd rather pay a little more and be in a country that gives me the same treatment and rights as citizens enjoy, as well as fairness. That's not Thailand at all. In fact, even Thais are faced with a life lacking many freedoms. And Thai or not, everyone faces the Thai taxi mafia which includes red trucks and Grab. Not appealing for living or visiting.
I found units at Jotiem Copacabana Beach Pattaya as low as 22000-28000 thousand baht. As low as around 600 dollars. Everything nearby, including beach of course.
@@snapshotanimefun4097 Have fun. I was just there in that area not long ago and Jomtien has become a disaster versus what it was a few years ago. You can't even get transport to Pattaya now unless you pay crazy prices by taxi mafia. I won't return to Jomtien or Pattaya again. In fact, Bangkok is the only place worth going to in Thailand but it's lost most of its appeal.
Interesting comments! may I ask which country gives non-citizens the same rights as citizens and treats everyone equally?
@@perfecthomeschiangmai Every country in the west. In some cases, non-citizens and illegals are treated better than citizens depending on the situation and country.
@@perfecthomeschiangmai If you buy property in the USA, Canada or other western countries, you receive the same property rights as citizens. You also receive fair treatment in the court system. This is not the case in Thailand.
