I really liked this tour. The condos look great and offer great value for money. Especially when compared to the prices of real estate here in the Netherlands which have gone through the roof, crazy ! Dusit Grand Park 2 is on my wishlist...lol 😂. Thank you for sharing, Jason.
Great video as usual. I've been in lots of condos in Hua Hin, Chiang Mai and have seen even more online. Jomtien/Pattaya seem to have the edge style and price wise. Looking forward to another visit there !

If Pattaya is selling most condos in Thailand, may be Cha Am has better deals. However, the rental price versus sales price give about 6% return, which is pretty good.
Very different to Hua Hin in terms of lifestyle and what’s around, Pattaya/Jomtien has so much to offer and not just the bars, I recommend spending some time here and comparing lifestyles 👍

Looks nice, if all goes well I'll be retired there within 12 months. Shame you couldn't film the weights room, I find that these developments often lack the necessary weights (or they have weights that are too small), but i get that you can't film when it's busy. Thanks.

Body weight exercises like squats and push ups are much better than lifting weights as we get older because the risk of injury is much lower and besides you don’t need a million pounds of weights to keep your body in shape unless you’re a professional body builder that earns money in the sport , just my opinion
@@Farmerbrown1653 I don't agree. Bodyweight exercises can help, but weights are needed if you want to optimize muscle growth. Any natural lifter will improve their health by building as much muscle as possible, and if you are natural you'll never gain too much (especially after a certain age). Throw in a meat-based diet and you're all set for old age.
@@sbain844 All you have to do is look how big our prisoners get in jails by doing body weight squats and pushups everyday without using any high protein supplements and minimal weight usage because most prisons banned free weights

Hi Guys. Jason I follow you and some other channels and stay in South Africa and cannot understand why a person would buy an apartment in Thailand. With rent being so reasonable and the variety of apartments to choose from I would definitely rent if I was in Thailand. So many new apartment blocks going up so in my opinion only apartments in prime location may increase in value and if you buy for an investment to rent out it would take many years to get your money back. Also a negative as a landlord you must pay levies, repair and replace items in your apartment and sometimes deal with not ideal renters. Buying is too many headaches and not a good investment in my opinion. I own my apartment in South Africa and stay in it but different dynamics to Thailand. What are your thoughts about buying or renting in Thailand ?

I can’t think of much worse than a pool access condo the smell of chlorine and people swimming past your window just my opinion though thanks for sharing the video guys
The reality of this place and the poor quality of finish and super thin walls can only be seen by visiting in person Is this also not the condo where a foreign real estate agent and a thai employee of the complex swindled almost 50 foreigners out of money by selling units that never existed? The sauna never works properly and the steam room hasn't been cleaned in goodness knows how long

The market here is pretty buoyant right now and developers keep building more and more projects which is great 👍
The rental prices seem reasonable. I was thinking of staying mostly in Hua Hin but I'm warming up to Jomtien lately seeing the prices are comparable.

Rental question. How many months deposit do you have to give to rent a place?
If it’s 6 months, one month deposit and if for a year, 2 months but it depends on the agent/owner 👍
