This condo building is fantastic. I love all the large windows with the natural light, the pool areas, the amenities, and the open spaces. Thanks for sharing.
Luxury condos in Bangkok are crazy. This is the heart of Bangkok. This area is a rich area and has everything here: luxury restaurants, clubs, bars, luxury hotels, luxury department stores, BTS Skytrain. Of course, this kind of luxury, and at this price, you will never find in Europe.
But the bathrooms have glass walls! If you have a guest overnight, you can see them from the bed, using the washroom, through the clear-glass wall! Who would want that?!
So, I’m assuming the one bedroom is 45,000 BKT per month? Not bad at all for a super luxury condo. However, I wish these condos would focus more on actual living space, and less on amenities. Let’s be honest, you’re going to use that game room or spa three or four times during your entire stay there! The only amenity I could see myself using on a regular basis would be the gym. the focus should be on increased living space.
Don't plan on that happening anytime soon. Having more space means less apartments to rent out which means less money. The only way they could account for this is by making bigger apartments and jacking up the prices, which will run people away.
Most Thai people does not prefer stay in their own living space but loves to hangout such as Mall during the day especially on weekend. As you can see normally in Thailand most malls very crowded, so these condos are designed specifically for Thai lifestyle that loves to go out or hangout during the day. I'm Thai, born and grew up in Bangkok
yes, the entire video about the surroundings and amenities - at the end the room itself, coz there's nicer condos with less amenities but more quality of space etc.
Very nice building and great amenities. I have been in luxury highrise sales for many years. The amenities are great and a lot of people purchase because of them, however, the reality is the vast majority of tenants never use them! The developers should focus more on creating larger units.
@Chaka2479 I think what he is saying is that developers maximize profits. 😂. In NYC, since people arent having children that much(not including migrants n poor) developers build more expensive but smaller apartments more gimmicky(games rooms & cigar rooms). Big pre- war apts (like mine) get chopped up.
Nah. If you know the clientele that is attracted to these buildings, you know they like to look down on others from above them so they can feel superior to them, and even if they don't use half of these amenities, they very much enjoy knowing they have them and others do not. Narcissists are petty, petty people, and they like to boast and brag about what they have, how much they paid for it, but more than anything else, they salivate over knowing that other people do NOT have it. These are very much the men (and women) who will sit in a stinky room full of cigar smoke and brag about what they've done and how much they paid for this or that, and they don't care that cigars stink and taste awful, they're going to sit in their little glass room, smoking their Cubans and they do this because they perceive it as something the wealthy do. It helps keep their ever-deflating egos inflated. I could go on and on. That said, many of the narcissists in Texas like bigger, bigger, bigger because they believe bigger is better: bigger house, bigger yard, bigger pool, bigger SUV, bigger Rolex, bigger diamond ring, etc.
No if you want larger units this these just aren’t for you this is enough space for anything you could want and need if you need a larger space find a house having affordable living with these amazing amenities is perfect. Creating larger spaces and shitty amenities you might as well be living in America paying high ass rent prices and nothing to do at your place
An overall excellent tour of these _amazing_ condos, thank you! Amenities: Exceptional! Condos: Claustrophobic. If true that these units will not be available for short term rental it's unfortunate. I realize most residents would spend relatively little time in their condos, but they're just too small for my taste to be interested in buying one.
I think a very small percentage of people can afford this exceptional property with shoe box sized living quarters. Most of the people move to Bkk to escape this overpriced luxury but to each his own. Another superb video Paul.
New subscriber here. Amazing condo development. I love the amenities, and especially appreciate the jetted tubs in each unit. That seems to be relatively uncommon in Thailand, and it's something I would like to have if possible wherever I live. And the music room! Unbelievable - I've played drums since I was a child and would LOVE to live in a building like that. Great video, great production. I look forward to seeing more of your videos.
I thought also to visit it, but my agent told me the condo is very small. And seeing your video confirmed it. Facility is very beautiful, but I wouldn't buy it because the condo itself is too small.
The common areas look incredible. The problem is the size of the condos. They all just appear really cramped. Especially the bathroom/bedroom in the one bedrooms.
100% correct. They are tiny. Lots of wasted space with wasted public facilities. You really only need the pool area, a gym and a single lounge. Drop the rest.
I lived for 10 years in Manhattan, and this does remind me of some of the luxury condo buildings there, but the luxury condos in Manhattan do have far more living space than these, but they also cost millions more, and the monthly maintenance fees are usually several thousand dollars a month, paid in perpetuity. The amenities are nice, for sure. It's almost as if you don't have to leave the building at all. This would be a great pied-a-terre for anyone who lives in a major city but often does business in Bangkok and has to entertain clients. Personally, I would enjoy the gym, the spa, and if the pool weren't so windy way up in the sky, I'd probably enjoy swimming in it.
you got me at the music studio. im moving. (i mean when you pay 1k$ a month i would accept them to have atleast acoustic drum set and not the simple electronic 1 that cost them like 200$ or less)
So all the facilities (eg. bar rooms and movie rooms) are bookable via an app. How about the Onsen and ice room? Is that like the gyms. Also, are all residents/guests allowed to use all the facilities? Or is each building limited to use of their own facilities?
I just stumbled across your channel. Your whole thing is exactly what’s on my mind. Do you have any information' advice or content that would help me with the process? Thank you very much!
Men, I´m really impressed with the quality of these CONDOS with real good infraestructure to provide all kinds of services and being so comfortable to live. Just imagine live in these kind of CONDOS in USA and other countries. THAILAND is a paradise for foreigners who want to retire in their last years of life.
I bookmarked your website. Considering making the movr from Florida when i turn 40 in a year or so. Alteady a remote prop firm trader and working on becoming a front end developer and landing a remotr job. Once secured and have $50k+ in savings, I think Im gonna come. Nothing holding me down
Wait...the math isn't mathing. How are you "7-figure Brian" living in a state that doesn't tax your income, and yet you don't yet have $50K in savings? It's rhetorical. You don't need to explain.
Everyone has the same comment, and I agree: The amenities are amazing, really impressive, but the rooms are too small, even the penthouse. And for me personally, when I shell out big bucks for a condo, the #1 thing I want is an awesome panoramic view. But in these units, even the "corner views" are not that big. They could have done the entire outside wall as floor-to-ceiling windows, but they did not. Even in the penthouse bedrooms, you just get little sections to peak out. In contrast, I want to wake up and see an unobstructed panoramic view over the city, even from my bed, or on my sofa, or at my dinner table-that would be true luxury living for me.
Size of the condos are small, I enjoy the idea of promoting better public spaces for people to actually get out of the house and socialize within the same building.
I mean in a city like this wat else would u need an apartment for other than sleeping, cooking, refreshing or just chilling on that couch with ur phone and netflix given the amenities offered its reasonable
Is everything more expensive as in groceries etc? I was in Chian Mai a month in November. I want to come back but you dont hit the daily expense budget etc. Otherwise great vid
The place has definitely fantastic facilities but the units space is tiny, it's like they only focused on the common areas providing luxury feel. For 1.2k usd monthly isn't worth living in a luxury shoe box 😮
Facilities only use for marketing. We spent most of our time in the apartment, rather have bigger room and be comfy than tiny shoebox. A nice gym in the condo would be nice though.
29:36 .... I played it back numerous times but you said starting prices here are at 10 billion baht which would be insane and unaffordable for anyone at 271,964,600.00 US dollars. I think you meant starting at 10 million baht. It's certainly a nice place where the only one I actually found practical is the 2 floor bedroom loft as it offers the most open space. The first couple was like a entry-level cabin on a cruise ship and entirely too small. Thanks for taking the time to show us as I'm moving to Bangkok in 6 months and been looking for something like this 👍
These concrete boxes, called condo's, are nothing but cramped hotel rooms, and there are thousands of them all over SEA, and every single one is the same same; small cramped rooms, a tiny kitchen and a stamp-sized balcony that's useless. This is all built/designed for the low-expectation buyer/renter, the guy who's blown away by flash vs function. There's zero personality and even less warmth, and then when i see a dining table the size of an average coffee table it all becomes hillarious, but that's the world we live in. Flash over function, smoke and mirrors over actual comfort and livability, but to each his own. Cheers
I sense envy here 😂 envious that you are to afraid to take some action and do something adventurous with your life. Of course you can see a million "cookie cutter" condos anywhere but if you've got the money (or similar money to what you would pay in the US/Europe/Canada/Australia etc) then you can find absolutely amazing apartments
@@user-neo8888 Nah, you've got that wrong as well. I've spent the past 9 years in SEA, including considerable time in Thailand, and all the neighboring countries, and I've seen more of these tasteless concrete boxes than I care to remember. My 25+ years as a real estate broker, plus a good amount of common sense, taught me what to look for, and believe me, flashy entrances with mirrorred walls and uniformed doormen means nothing to me, it's the living space that's important plus the location, which for me is anywhere but downtown in a big city, particularly Bangkok which is hot, humid and crowded. We all on average spend 75%-85% of our lives in our homes so I'm extremely picky when it comes to my living quarters. I've been fortunate enough to call Vietnam home for the past several years, and I have a 1400 sq ft apartment with 3BR/2BA plus a wrap-around 50 sq ft balcony that pretty much hangs out over the ocean which is some 100' in front of me. Killer views, awesome climate, all the conveniences I'm used to from the US and Europe, and then some, plus I'm living in a curved tower-like building with absolute privacy, and yet, I pay less than you pay for 'bland'. But to each his own, and if you haven't experienced true style, comfort and liveability anywhere, then you obviously don't know what you're missing.
Got the feeling that it's more like living in an hotel, than owning a proper home. And compared to the price of a night in a resorts with similar amenities and luxury level, it's a bargain.

Yes, please tell us all how superior you are, and how superior Seattle is, and how marvelous your windy, lifeless beaches with bone-chilling water are to walk on in August. /eye roll Brag, brag, brag, picky, picky, picky...broadcast just how narcissistic you are to everyone on the internet. No one cares. Really. No one admires you. My god, people like this are insufferable because of the poor parenting they had. smh
If you care about living space you really shouldn’t live in a condo anyway. I paid 150k$ for a 3000sqft Western-style house on an acre of land near the beach. Wouldn’t even get a mid-range condo in an average Bangkok neighborhood for that price.
I tend to agree with you on the 'flashiness'. I've live in the PH for quite some time and get the same. Vietnam has got some fantastic spots and have been on the look out there recently (i.e. DaNang and outside HCM). If you don't mind me asking what area are you in?

Haha I was like 10 billion dear Gawd. I thought it must be a mistake.
No prices on menus or beauty treatments? Expensive for Thailand?

How much are the 1 bedroom apartments on the lower floors? I wanna do a 1 year lease
1,307 a month for the 1 bedroom, cheapest.
The amenities are first class, but the condos were disappointing, even the penthouse. My #1 building in Bangkok is still Mahanakhon.
Came here to say this, was sending this link to friends and then we got to the rooms :(
Are you actually comparing a $1000/month condo with ones that go for $4000/mo.?!!!
Totally agree. But you get what you pay.
Four Seasons Riverfront Residences are my absolute favorite!
wow thanku paul!! very helpful.. thanku again..

🤩Unbelievable!!!!🤩
Fantastic condo, you explained very well. Thanks a lot.i will visit soon Thailand. from india with respect.
They need to put that money into the actual apartment in Thailand . The apartment is more important than the common area!!
I like your style, very simple and to the point.
Amazing, to think that for $12,000 dollars you can live there for a whole year! That is mind blowing.
Do the math
More like $15,000 and that's just rent.
And then compare it with the average salary. Yes you can take account of a nations poverty to live well it seems.
Less in some places for rent . Once you factor in food and a moderate social life then it can get to that price point

Flash over function, smoke and mirrors over actual comfort and livability, but to each his own. Cheers
Yes, i got claustrophobic looking at the condo unit. Spacious common area lobbies don't impress me as i wouldn't spend time there.
You will never make it in Manhattan, Tokyo, or London if you require a lot more space than these.
@@lbj4993 Could I ask where abouts in Vietnam I could find such an apartment please?
Do the Lawson store have Toast?
Got the feeling that it's more like living in an hotel, than owning a proper home. And compared to the price of a night in a resorts with similar amenities and luxury level, it's a bargain.
any direct message possible? love to visit next week to rent/buy unit there
How much per month was the 2-story duplex one? Only pricing you gave was for the first smallest one at 45K Baht. Thanks
4RA pe first deposit pe jo welcome bonus mila tha, usse khelna aur bhi maza aya

What’s the name of your place
Yes, please tell us all how superior you are, and how superior Seattle is, and how marvelous your windy, lifeless beaches with bone-chilling water are to walk on in August. /eye roll
Brag, brag, brag, picky, picky, picky...broadcast just how narcissistic you are to everyone on the internet.
Go away
having a music room is incredible. is this a common thing with condos?
