I am from India, and a huge fan of the Great Wasim Akram, He is the best fast bowler Cricket has ever produced.Had Pakistan been a good fielding side, then Akram's wickets tally would have been more phenomenal.

God i loved watching Wasim bowl, his masterclass on sky sports a few years ago was brilliant to watch, and he was no rabbit with the bat as well, just a brilliant all rounder and decent bloke too.

This was when he wasn't tainted by fixing. He was innocent and lethal at the Sametime.
He was more quick lethal and dangerous till 96, after 96 he used to bowl with average pace but used his main weapon swing.. that's why he played till 2003 otherwise he might be retired early
I've no qualms saying, wasim akram can swing the ball on glass or even mud.

During the off season the cricket management should provide some kind of balls to squeeze atleast for few hours for the players 😅

As a batsman, how do you play this class of bowling? Seems impossible! You prepare for a bouncer, he bowls an unplayable yorker...get ready for an out-swinger, he brings it in, or gets steepling bounce off 3-quarter...try to watch it off the hand, but his quick arm action does not let you see the release properly...no preparation is enough...what do you do as a batsman then? Given a sporting wicket he was simply unplayable...in the subcontinent, his main weaponry would be reverse swing...
