  • Something I do at work on downtime, or when I’m standing around to build grip strength. Overcoming isometrics is something I’m new to, but love and becoming more and more enthusiastic about. it’s definitely not the end all be all definitely a part to add to a training program.

Thanks Bro I appreciate that. Glad you understand that you can turn anything almost into a gym people nowadays make a lot of excuses. They just don’t want to admit that they don’t wanna work out or have what it takes to get strong.

I need to get one of those. I have a cheap dino but I don’t do much like it. The GM 150 is nice. Have you used one and if so what do you think about it?

@@33Bama33 I had 4 of them and the 5th is coming, gave out 2 of them as presents and one is at my friend's place at the moment. They are definitely worth it. Maybe I will manage to send it to the US once it gets back. I will hit you up since I don't need that many))

I will ask friends of how to send to the US since they are able to order a shipping container of CoCs ))
