My name is Dela and I moved to Ghana from the UK in 2014. I have been living here with my 4 and trying to build a house in Ghana while establishing the lifestyle that we have craved for years.
On this channel, I'll be showcasing what it's like to live in Ghana and be a part of the diaspora, building a house in Ghana, and some relationship talks too.

There's always the OCD people like me who notice things like that🤣
I need to do that at my house too lol. Them painters don't be caring about messing up your stuff
Instruct them to put like a tape at the edges of the door flame before painting it to prevent the mess. After it's done painting and you tape off the paint, you get a finer finish job. Most painters don't know about that.

I like the second apartment better because where the TV hangs compare to the other. The first one the living room table and chairs was sort of in the way, but most of all the space differences. 😊

Just a suggestion, think about putting nice bed side tables, for the guest to put their phones or documents when they sleep and also for you to put some lamps

Very nice apartment. I can here the doors to the rooms squeaking. Please lubricate the hinges or check the door, it might be misaligned with the door jam.

Good work. The key is have a good cleaning crew to keep it up so that you do not have to do everything. In addition, a gateman is needed so that you do not have to open the gate for the late night guests.
