Great idea! I used to fry ground beef or turkey and chop ot finely to freeze it for later. Sometimes its easy to cut the amount of meat for a recipe in half and stretch the meat protein out for multiple meals. Definitely going to try this 😊❤️🇺🇸👍
If you cook that all at once is it still good for a week. A lot of time it says it’s not good for over 3 days. I have problems eating something after 3 days.
@@luminu_official btw sometimes texting can make ppl seem to be rude. I hope I am not coming off that way. Not my intention at all. You both have been super helpful to me and I love your channel
I am a truck driver, so hard to eat right. I do have two days off a week. I am going to try very hard to at least get 120 grams per day. Ty for ideas. I am currently on Trizipitide and I do have to force all my meals.
Great ideas…love the Legacy recipes!
Love hearing this!!
This was a terrific video, thank you so much for the tips! I really appreciated how practical and down to earth your strategies are
Thank you for watching :)
This is so helpful! Trying to get my protein in feels like a full time job!
Glad it was helpful!
The batch prep of the protein makes life so much easier! Love creating meals in a bowl ala Coach Sierra!!!!
yum!
I cook my meat and/or rice in bone broth more flavor and protein
yum! great idea!
Love this! I made the Big Mac bowl last night and my picky husband AND 3 boys demolished it!! Legacy was a total game changer for my meal prep !!
YUM!!!
This is super helpful, thank you! I get overwhelmed with complicated meal prep so this approach seems much more doable.
Glad to hear it helped !!!
Definitely cook the meat ahead of time. I also tend to cook a starch (rice, potato, pasta) and have veggies ready to go (already cooked in AF)
YES!

You could try it for 3 days to begin with to see how it goes! Let us know if you have any questions!
Meal prepping is key, especially for protein!
yes ma'am!
This is all well and good if you have a stove. I literally cook with only one camper burner, a microwave, air fryer, instant pot
Oh wow! Without cooking on a stove, how do you make protein dense meals or get protein into your daily routine?
@@luminu_official actually, I went vegan for a year so I didn't cook proteins much but I've been using one burner since about 2019

Great Idea, I will try it but not to sure about the ground beef. Do you warm the beef for Big Mac bowl or keep cold?
We warm it up!!

You got this! I would try tracking for a week to see how you do then adjust as needed!
Once these meats are cooked what is a serving size to give you the 30 g of protein
Studies on the effects of cooking on meat have not shown significant changes in protein value, according to the American Meat Science Association.
Having cooked meat in the fridge all week is the key!
yes!!!
Agree
Which part did you agree with ??
What does this cost.
It varies, we have some budget friendly options as well
How do I find the legacy recipes?
They are in the Üniversity app! Any issues send us a message at info@luminu.com
What’s the serving size though?!?
It depends on the calorie goal! it is all in balance and moderation
Or 50 g of protein or whatever it is
$250 Legacy bucks! It would be nice to have a less expensive option.
We have a lot of affordable options for people and different programs as well! Check them out luminu.com
Great ideas. I struggle with getting 2600 calories lol
This is Dianna Rountree lol
Glad this helped!
No fish???
Fish is another great option! If it is something you enjoy I would incorporate it into your calorie goal!

Oh! I thought you were going to eat all of that meat in one day. 🤦🏾♀️
I obviously have no clue how many grams of protein I eat at once.
What kind of protein do you tend to eat during the day?
@@luminu_official Eggs, fish/chicken, canned fish/chicken
@@emms443 those pack a good protein punch! Try tracking them for a day to see your starting point
