I have a question tho, during burst phase, do we do spin or fist for AOE? I saw in your video you were using fists at the start, is it a better gain to use it without waiting for it to get 10 stacks?

I have a few questions, maybe you know answer to them: 1) For ST damage, when I sim my monk having mark of the crane + shadowboxing better compared to Inner peace and Jade Ignition. Have you tried to sim that for yourself? I wonder if it is my gear related or not 2) Are you sure slimy boots + toxic patch better than 2x blue silken? What overall damage in m+ and raid slimy has for you?
In AoE you build 5 marks asap, pop serenity and xuen and you SCK + Bk proc. With lucky procs you get 1.5m dps at least. After every SCK you will have a gurantee set proc in Serenity window, which would do alot more than FoF
Yeah I updated it via description a bit ago but didn’t necessarily talk about motc stacks since you build those via tabbing targets on keefers +bok cleave I appreciate the comment!
Hey! So I’ve been looking at logs and seeing how the top guys are playing it. I just see spinning crane kick spam during the Xuen and elementals. Tiger palm, spinning crane kick, blackout or Tiger palm into spinning crane. Not using fists of fury until well after xuen ends. Hell, in the log I looked at they didn’t even use rising sun kick during xuen and elementals (can’t remember the name of the ability). Is 5 stacks of spinning crane kick the best for AoE even without dance proc? Even outside the Xuen window, it was primarily blackout kick and tiger palm with spinning crane kick. Fists of fury is used on cooldown but the rising sun kick usage is soooo strange. I don’t get it. Used less than fists of fury. Pretty much only used on bosses. This dude cast spinning crane kick in single target quite a lot too… there’s no way each time was a dance proc… I’m so confused now. Just spam spinning crane kick for aoe??? Also, I see more than half of top 100 players not playing serenity in m+.
@@KevsShwaShwa hey yeah you basically just mash sck and bok in your serenity window with no tiger palms only other globals I’d use is a fully stacked transfer the power fof or a strike of the windlord (windlord for sure takes prio) I updated this in the comments a little while ago but yeah u basically just mash sck bok even without procs although procs will increase your damage by a large margin , as for serenity vs images you can play whatever you prefer both are extremely close to eachother in simulated damage

Would recommended swapping up talents if you are doing keys over 25-26+ on tyrannical for sure. I still do very good single target damage without FLS on tyran bosses below that threshold
i find your guide little bit sketch in AoE situations.. in Serenity you never finish channeling your fists... well you do but at the end of Serenity, but maybe you dont know it, but if you use Spining Crane kick in serenity you get your proc for 2p/4p not only with proc Dance of Chi-Ji, so basicly what im doing is and the begining of the pull il take threee stacks of Teachings of the Monastery, Xuen-> Serenity-> fists-> canceling with Crane kick-> BK-> SCK -> Fists again... two options for you less then 5 targets you use your RSK to get fists back faster more then 5 targets you just use SCK->BK-> fists in your serenity.. try that =) i manage to get over a milion bursts with this =) have a nice day
Yeah uncapped aoe packs especially with the changes I’ve been clipping my fist into bok sck weave I appreciate the comment though as that does give a helpful rundown for uncapped aoe situations.
hi, i got a question regarding solo shuffle, with say Hpal on my team and rogue on opponent, what do i do if he sap healer + stun opener me and dealt 40%dmg of my health in 1 second, do i trinket that or save trinket for smoke bomb...?

I’m generally spamming the heck out of my spin when there’s more than like 5 mobs , in like big chain pulls it has more value than fist since fist is aoe capped
Dont think SOW is above FOF in prio or atleast shouldnt be used b4 fof. U wont be autoattacking and therefore wont benefit from buffed autos if u sow into fof.

Do you full cast FoF in ST outside serenity to cast xuen battlegear buffed RSK? Or u clip it.
How come you run inner peace and jade ignition? Can that also be run in M+ with stomp also and do just as well?

Personally I prefer aoe Tod no matter what in fort weeks don’t rlly felt like I ever needed more boss dam outside of tyran
Feel like it’s dependent on the dungeon too , like for example If it’s an everbloom high tyran key I’d go FLS for sure

Sorry for the late reply , ashes of the ember soul and ember brand from brh , fyrakk tank trinket is very good too once u get into higher keys

why use serenity instead of the 3 clones in aoe?
Both are within 1-2% of eachother and are played at the highest level so pick what you prefer!

it's better if you go either Bonedust Brew or Meridian Strikes, theyre both a lot better then Fury of Xuen
