In Mythic + dungeons ww seems to be very useful. Aoe Stun, kicks, healing, and I usually have top damage or close to it. But raids I cant compete at all. Im not sure if my builds are wrong of what. Any input? Is it just me?

Its not you raid is mostly single target and ww single target out side of burst isn't great.
Also ww dont scale well with pve gear late in expansion
