okay so basically
the glass shes standing on is actually one-way, meaning that on the inside it just looks like a mirror even though its like regular glass on the outside (the side shes standing on)
If you look hard enough, inside the "bottomless pit" you can see how every 5 bricks down, theres a line. This is because the pit only really goes down 5 blocks and then theres a mirror. That mirror is reflecting whats seen on the mirror side of the one-way glass, which is also reflecting whats seen on the regular mirror, and it keeps on going back and forth.

I agree, it has spread to many things not just museums and art but concerts, restaurants, football games and many more. People are having a more difficult time living in the moment as a result of social media.
Just to give you an example, I went to a hill station last month & there's view point of a big mountain. I sat there for almost 1.5 hours just enjoying the majestic beauty of the mountain. That's how we are supposed to admire nature & other things. During that time, a group of friends came there. They all took their chances & stood there & asked the other friends to take a photo of them with the mountain in the background. Once they all took the photos they just left the place. Can you see what's wrong with this social media influence on our generation? Even I took selfies (the one on my profile) but I just took them after spending 1.5 hours of admiring the beauty of the mountain. Those guys just wanted a cool photo for their social media accounts, that's it. Take photos to keep it as a memory but don't go to places JUST to take photos to prove the world that you are living an amazing life, it ain't worth it & it ain't the real joy.

Camera obscura in Edinburgh has like all the exact same things, also the camera angles in this are slightly in the wrong places so they give away most of the illusions
