I used to make this peach cobbler when my boys were young. I had forgotten all about this recipe so thanks for the reminder! I can't wait to make it for my sweetie.🥰
Hi Molly! That’s the best thing about youtube! I hadn’t made it in years and even though I grew up on it I totally forgot about it until I saw Jessica make it! I hope you are having a great week! Hope your sweetie enjoys the cobbler!!!
Nana (Scott’s mom) puts Parkay squeeze butter on her cobbler after it comes out of the oven! That sounds wonderful! Extra butter makes everything extra good! 🧈 ❤️ and don’t forget the vanilla ice cream! 🍨 😋
Thank you for watching! I whipped this up a few days later with just a wisk. And added another can of peaches. It was the best! And even easier that I didn’t need the mixer! We picked up some more canned peaches at the store the other day - you just never know when the craving hits! 🍑
@@AndyFaeBaker0890 You’re welcome! Oh, using in season peaches…. Yum! I just googled eckerts and you must be in IL or KY? This is making me want to make a peach cobbler! Thank you for watching and saying hi in the comments!
Hey ya’ll! I really enjoy creating a variety of videos from cooking to cleaning to DIY projects to travel vlogs to… whatever I feel like doing! So here’s a Cooking with Cathy video! Let me know if you saw Jessica’s video where Mr. B is describing the blackberry cobbler in yummy detail! Her video totally made us want some cobbler. And good thing we had a reason to make it - we took it to a cookout to share with friends. Thank you for watching Living Gratefully videos and thank you for reading this comment! I love each and every one of my subs, thank you for your support❣️ I appreciate you more than you could ever know!!
I watch Jessica and her husband. I made that cobbler...delicious. I will definitely now try this cobbler. Makes me hungry watching you make this cobbler. Great video!! God bless you and Scott! Hope Scott had a wonderful Father's Day.
Thank you Tana! Your comment means so much to us. It is so great to hear from you!!! Scott did have a nice Father’s Day, thank you! I am so grateful for you! I hope you enjoy the peach cobbler and I bet the blackberry was so good too!! I’ll have to do that next. The bunkys are such a joy to watch - I just love them! I made the peach cobbler again yesterday and this time added another can of peaches and I loved it like that! Yum yum!
@@LivingGratefully I'll definitely try the peach cobbler with 2 cans. You and Scott have a wonderful weekend!! I enjoy watching you so much! Thanks for sharing this great recipe. I look forward to seeing more.
I cooked mine for almost two hours, it didn't turn out. Butter didn't blend in with the mixture. It looked soggy on the top. I made it exactly like she made it. ????
Because U tel quantity while cooking I don't need to look for description some times not easy to get, Ur quantity easy! since I eat alone most of their quantity hard to devide to half( egg 3 etc) thnq!
I have wasted so much butter, flour , milk and peaches making this. Bread is always gummy / raw. Use to make this all summer as a teen. What am I doing wrong😢
Hmmm. I wish I knew right off! I will think about it. I can relate to things being a certain way when I was growing up and I can’t figure out how to recreate it as an adult :) I will come back if I think of anything! We do like to put it on broil at the end for the crispy top & edges but I don’t think that will solve the gummy/raw underneath. 💕
@@donnasmith3969 Once the top is done, you could try placing aluminum foil over top so that it doesn't burn and then bake it a little longer until the middle and bottom are done. I also use the Convection Bake feature so that the fan distributes the heat more evenly in the oven. Hope that helps.

Why is the bottom of my cobblers soggy. I end up not eating that part. Dont know what Im doing wrong. Just looks raw . Like its not even baked.
Hi Donna, I’m not sure 🤔 every oven is different though maybe it needs to cook a little longer? The crispy edges is definitely the best part 😊
Hello I can use sweet potato this cobbler recipe??
Maybe? I would google it! Sorry I’ve never tried that but that sounds good!!!
