You are very kind to Rouge. My first and final encounter was flying back from LAS to YVR on a regular Air Canada ticket, but forced onto Rouge. The lack of service flight for me and my 6'3" frame was a disaster. My legs were permanently stuck against the seat in front. And all of this while paying full fare on Air Canada. the plug sockets are commonly missed on the rouge a320s. They are there, just on your seat instead of the one in front of you. They are in between the seats in your row, just easily missed.
