I guarantee the surgeons warned her about her weight. Jazz said, "I don't feel like myself, ever" and that was after her gender affirming surgery, which was supposed to resolve this confusion.
Jazz... your erratic behavior, frequent mental breakdowns, general unhappiness, and instability are why people think you regret your transition. You can say whatever you want but people see how miserable you are...

IMO, the younger generation (not all) is going to grow into adulthood with a lot of trauma, causing self-harm & and confusion. Therapists will be overwhelmed with young clients & will have a hard time knowing how to treat them.
As parents, we are to protect our children. Not give in every time "little Susan" would rather wear clothing to school that strippers wear on stage.

That's why her mother has to threaten to do the dilation. She hates dilation of her manmade hoo-ha. She has to protect her mother and say she has no regrets. A child's love does that for a mom and when a mom can't deal with the guilt that mother will never give her child the safe place to say it's okay if you decide I made the wrong decision. Her mother shows panick whenever Jazz hints of being unhappy. A strong mother needs to say to a child I did what I thought was right but that doesn't mean it was right. The weight of that is heavy but we shouldn't make our children continue in a wrong decision because it feels too late to correct and it would hurt so bad realizing it was by our own hands we brought our kids to such destruction. But healing can only begin at the painful moment of truth.
I saw the clip where the mom was gaslighting Jazz and blaming her for not feeling herself. What mother does that? Why not just listen, or ask further questions, or say let’s get a counselor?

But love for one's child should be bigger than love for one's own conscious. Confessing she messed up on this would kill her. But her child should be worth it.

Respectfully, I do not believe Jazz has no regrets about transitioning as a child. He was a kid that didn't know what was happening and simply went along with what his mom said. And who wouldn't at that age? But I believe because he's been so prominent in the online world since childhood he feels pressure to remain the same despite it never being his true choice.

I want to tell you, doctors are not able to make synthetic changes do our ego, body nor soul without heavy nominal effects. If you want to be happy, you dont go to undergo surgeries, nor consuming synthetic drugs. You go and workout, search for the meaning of life in general and you be social. You try to fit into society. Also we all need a partner. So instead of searching your faith in hospitals and pills, you rather go and get a family, surround yourself with good people reminding you of sense of life. If you havent had a family, and unfortunately most lgbtq people never had one, you build one yourself. You hustle hard on fullfilling your goals. Dont trust them doctors. I ve been ill for 20 years in my life. Once I started working out, praying to God, eat better, start an own family, I witnessed true happiness. I am constantly happy. Cure is in herbs, sports, social life, family and God, not in hospitals. I really wish the best for you, cause I feel sorry what happend to you. I used to like this show and even thought that your parents had made the right decision. But now I realize that they were manipulated by doctors and therapists. The trans industry makes millions out of each patient and they don't mind about your well being.

I'm 10 years into my ftm transition and actually feel totally like her, never feeling like myself. I've been going through this for about three years and now I really have to admit to myself that afterall I'm just a really masculine woman and living a lie. I don't think anyone in the comments realize how hard it is to admit this to yourself and at some point to the world around you as well. It's so scary and that's the fear you see in her eyes. We are trapped, our bodies are destroyed. I've to detransition eventho my body will never be normal again. It's hard, I don't even remember what being a woman, or being referred to as a woman is like. I know this confusing face Jazz is going through and it will get even worse when she will realize what's up. It just happens with growing up, you realize that gender is so fluid, but it can't be created by surgery and hormones. We need to allow kids to express themselves how they want and provide them with all kind of rolemodels, instead of destroying their bodies, having them ultimately kill themselves in their 30's. It aint fair, the whole trans community is sick, we need mental help, no surgeries.

When he was 2 or 3 he looked up to his big sister and played with her toys so they took him to a psychiatrist who told them he would off himself one day if they didn't all pretend he was a girl so they told him that he had a girl brain in a boy's body and let him dress like a girl in school where the kids laughed at him and he developed social anxiety and depression but still all the while wanted to make his mother happy by playing the part of a daughter who she could fight for by marketing him as the youngest child ever to transition and this made him want a sex change mutilation operation which he had at the age of 17 before chemically castrating him with hormones at the age of 11. He will never be a woman and never have a normal sex life or relationship and never have children of his own. This is a very tragic story of child abuse.

Most people with depression get it when they're teenagers or later. And now she cant even have normal emotions without her whole existance being questioned. And because the questioning she feels probably more pressure to supress her emotions.

@@katelynhanninen1866 The depression isn't supposed to get worse AFTER the surgery. Jazz lost sensation in the genitals and probably cant have an orgasm. Had several complications during surgery, is emotionally stunted due to hormone therapy at such a young age. Hes depressed and developed a eating disorder he didn't have before, gaining over 100lbs. He also must "dilate" his "vagina" every week if not more to keep the wound from healing up. What an absolute miserable existence. What level of delusion must you be on to think this person doesn't regret the surgery? Jazz could have been a perfectly happy gay man who had whatever interest they wanted. Gender does not make a person unique. Its just biology and you cant change it. This is the truth and telling the truth is not wrong. We should be telling children to learn to be happy with their natural self. Not that they can change genders. Its also a perfectly normal thing to experience depression, mood swings and to not like the way your body looks during puberty. We used to tell children this was completely normal and a stage. Now they're doing irrefutable damage to children and you are going to see the results soon.

@@katelynhanninen1866 she's clearly messed up.... you should watch the episode about her surgeries, its really sad. it turned out so horrific she was instructed not to look at it. there were severe complications and the doctors admitted it was a bad situation....she was on blockers for so long she didn't have enough male genitalia to construct female genitalia....and she lost sexual sensation and no longer wants to dilate her faux vag (cuz technically it is an open wound and it will close up (heal), unless you prop it open daily with a "dilating tool" (essentially a dildo). its really messed up, im sorry to be so graphic but its really sad and a lot of people who have complications are afraid/embarrased to discuss.
Jazz your mom lied to you, there is no way a toddler can just outright say that they want a vagina, not without serious prompting. Children that age are still learning about self and know nothing about sex and gender. Why does your mom not want you to self reflect? Self reflection is a way to learn to understand our own feelings. Even negative feelings are valid, helping people processing negative feelings in healthy manner is the goal of a good non woke therapist. Jazz it would be in your best interest to not be around your mom for a while until you deal with your mental health. You love her, but her motives are not pure. I suspect that she is a narcissist. She has put her wants and convictions before your health. How much have you sacrificed to please your mom, only to get criticized. I think the problem is people talk bottom surgery up to be the fix-all for dysphoria. By the time you got your neo-vagina, you skipped over the blustery hormonal part of being a teen and missed out on a lot of learning experiences. Getting a vagina should've never been the goal, it should've been being content in your own skin first and foremost. Instead, you were televised with no privacy and made into a spectacle/pioneer for trans rights. The pressure must be immense.

What I don’t get about gender dysmorphia is that you don’t HAVE to love your body, but why change it? I hated certain parts about my physical appearance and still struggle today, but that’s life, you learn to accept things. If you want to put on a dress and call yourself a woman, you do you. Everyone has regrets. How can anyone love being a woman if they are not? Gender Dysphoria seems to be an inability to accept the person you truly are. Everyone dislikes something about themself to some degree, but trying to remedy that through dangerous surgeries is a bad idea.

I do think your parents should have given you the chance to live your childhood being a boy but embracing that you loved more girly things. At 2, you have no real ideal of gender and what it means to be a boy or a girl, all a child that ages knows is pink, long hair and dolls are for girls. Both children can embrace those thing's at that age without having to change gender, and still grow up happy in their own bodies!

My fear is that in about 20 years from now, self harming is going to rise tremendously. Therapist will be more in demand & doctors to "undo" what had already been done. Then parents & anyone who allowed this to happen will be going through the court systems because they will be sued.

I don't actually blame your mother because she is like a lot of the parents who want their kid to be happy and are confused themselves about how to go about it. However , at such a young tender and innocent age you didn't have enough time to feel different because in order to feel different you have to compare yourself to the norm. If the norm is just beating to the beat of your drums, that's not really norm. Also, many detransitioners say their depression went away after they detransitioned. It's a lot to live up to. Especially in your situation. If you feel depressed maybe try to see how it would feel to see yourself as what you were born. You can really make a difference in the world by helping and mentoring children and parents. The medical world of trans is unfair and hides/minimizes a lot of the mental and physical aspects of these procedures. It's too much emotional baggage for a small child or teen to carry. I wish you the best and can't wait to see how you will influence the world in the future

Jazz you were 2. You were too young when your parents and "doctors" made up their mind that you were trans. They should have made that diagnosis a possible option and not a permamant diagnosis. Your parents should have let you grow into youself and should have never revolved your entire life on you being trans. You wanted to emulate Ari so much because you apreciated your big sister but your parents thought that something was wrong with you as you did not try to emulate your brothers. Take it from me. We are close in age and my mom is VERY overprotecive of me as I have a disability, but she knows that my disability is mearly a part of me and that it doesn't defy me. She lets me do what I want as long as I keep my phone on sound and call her when I head home. From my experience and what I saw on TLC, your mother is not protective, she is posessive. She does not want you to make HER look bad. She does not want you to go off script. What you see as hate is fear and concern for your health and anger at your parents for allowing such experiments to happen to you as a child. Even people from your community know what doctors and your parents did to you is wrong. For your health, you might need to take testosterone meds to hopefully reduce your depression symptoms as low testosterone is a factor in higher rates of depression, being more tired and lower metabolism in both men and women.

Jazz was six months shy of 18 when her surgery was scheduled. She is a bright young woman who was valedictorian of her high school class and her surgery was scheduled after her graduation. She wanted her transition to be complete before attending college in the Fall. Makes sense to me. MYOB.

@@queenbean7071I don't know what the World health Organization recommends regarding transitions in 2023 but the measures which Jazz(Jazz's mother) undertook, have all been made illegal (for people under 18 depending on the treatment) in my Municipality(Sweden)

In Jazz's case I'm guessing your talking about her srs at 17? To clarify I myself am a trans woman socmsy have bias here but from what I heard prior to that she had expressed that she was a girl for littearaly as long as she possibly could have, which isn't that weird to me as I myself knew from a very young age that I was a girl, I was just too scared to tell people.
It should also be mentioned that Jazz is fairly wealthy, and wealth does mean, regardless of who they are, they csn just ignore thr laws for the common folk.
Rich trans people don't have to wait years for treatment as they csn fly wherever they need it done, just like how rich Americans promoting abortion are flying out to other states to have them done before flying bsck saying they are the most evil things ever
@@queenbean7071 I was also referring the puberty blocking medications which Jazz was prescribed as a pre-teen. Our governmental structures probably work differently but our social services had several investigations into puberty blockers and hormonal treatment in particular to evaluate the positive/negative effects. Their conclusion after a 5 year investigation was that the benefits did not outweigh the risks so they recommended our municipalities to "Ban"(limit) their use of Puberty blockers and HRT. They also have debunked the claim that puberty blockers are without risk and are 100% reversible. I'm not saying that one thing or the other is correct but this seems to be far from a settled issue in the medical community.
