I just bought a used Chiron a couple of weeks ago and the old owner gave me everything, even the instruction manual, but he didn't gave me the probe thing to do the auto bed leveling, I thought I wasn't gonna be able to use the printer and watching your video I realized I can manually level it like any of my other printers! Thank you!
I have the auto level probe. But I've never used it. I'm just so used to this technique. I'm glad this helped. I love my Chiron printer. I hope you enjoy printing with yours.
Just got one of these and trying to figure out the leveling. I always thought the paper idea was kind of silly so I was using a styrene sheet but the metal tool you use is the best idea yet. Thanks for that. I'm really curios why someone (smarter than me) hasn't built something that would clip onto the print head and be the perfect depth every time.
If you manually rotate the motor to level the gantry you’re going to have to move the right sensor because if not when you hold it it’s gonna be off again
We've a new Anycubic Chiron and had the 3D printer set up and everything seems to be in order. However, we've yet to have a sucessful print. The print head marks out where it is going to print. Prints the first layer, rises, and starts to print the next layer, only to catch and drag the first layer, detaching it from the heat plate. Any ideas?
I’m having all types of issues. I put mine together yesterday and tried the auto bed leveling but it almost damaged my glass by pushing it down as far as it could go instead of coming up after it clicks. So then I manually level it and everything good and test print came out fine. So I try my first print after the nozzle dug into the bed leaving a massive gash in it. I try to manually level it again and it was way off. So I leveled it again test print was fine. The next print the filament wasn’t even coming close to touching the bed. So I leveled it again test print fine and then the next print is digging into the bed again. Have no clue what I am doing wrong since I am doing everything here.
It may be your Z offset sensor needs to be set properly. Or your limit sensor needs to be replaced. The Z limit switch tells the printer when to stop moving down.
@@PrimeDirectivesArmory could you share a link to the files.... sharing emails over the internet is never a good idea. it seems Anycubic purposely removed the file fromtheir website. @GIanLucaPrinaMello I actually found my SD card, let me know if you still need the files

Good video, are you still using your chiron?
Dankeschön für das Video. Ich habe meinen Autolevelkopf zerstört und wuste nicht weiter! du hast geholfen mit deinem Video. Danke!!!

Are you starting the video from home all?

I think your first layer isn't getting the right adhesion. Sounds like your Z home is off.

thank you! finally got this shit leveled
You are welcome.
yeah um this was alright but, using the Automatic leveling probe got me full adhesion across the bed.
My heated bed isn't working properly
Is your power setting in the correct position? Also make sure all your plugs are inserted.
@@PrimeDirectivesArmory yes all plugs are inserted and everything. My bed doesn't go past 25c
@@davonwood2451 you can join the the Anycubic Chiron Facebook group page. Maybe someone will have a solution.
I bet your power sector switch i.e. 230/110 is set to the wrong input voltage. It's on the power supply. It's red.
@@Jeepjocky ok so how do I fix it
The fact that you did the bar already messes up the video you should have shown it all from the start would have saved half the time
hi can you please share with me the file auto_levelling.gcode and manual_leveling.gcode i lost the files
