  • If you've gained weight during lockdown you are not alone.
    Between working from home and so many other activities being restricted or cancelled, the vast majority of people are expending far less energy than they did before. Over a few days or a week it doesn't make much of a difference.
    But over a year? It does add up. So what do we do about it?
    In this week's video I share some perspective and actionable tips on how to lose lockdown weight safely and effectively while also prioritizing your mental health and well-being.

      @@trainforever1142 in UK lockdown I got totally addicted to junk food as soon as got new trousers 👖 I had to get the next size my waist line massively increased when I called the Doctors for my annual check up he got the scales out as soon as he saw me I had gained a phenomenal 140lbs in a year
