“If it’s not medical” gosh this is quite insensitive. Who cares about what men think, I dont want to do ANYTHING on my period and it’s our right as women to do whatever and feel whatever when we’re on our periods. It doesnt have to be endometriosis to be really bad! So rude and insensitive on their part😔
Exactly. Im super surprised how insensitive they are on this topic. It doesn't have to be medical for it to be “serious“. Some people experience horrible cramps, vomiting, diarrhea and fainting. And a pill won't fix it.

Wow, this period discussion is disgusting. I’ve had my period for more than a decade, and it doesn’t get easier to “take an advil” and still be in pain, feel like you’re leaking everywhere, be tired and anemic... mind y’all’s business, let women do what’s best for them 🙄

Talk to your doctor. If your pain is severe enough that a pain killer doesn't help, etc. then it could indicate a number of issues, including endometriosis. I'm not attempting to pathologize period symptoms of course, but there is a dearth of education about women's health issues like this.

I always find it interesting when someone gets into a relationship, posts a lot of pictures with that person, calls them "the one," breaks up with them, deletes all the pictures, and does it all again with the next person.
My period is very painful! I'm very uncomfortable and I can barely concentrate if I'm not on a ton of painkillers.
I went on a date once on my period, I didn't want to but I went anyway and the date was a bust so that made it worse for me. Could've been at home in bed but I dragged myself out to a date that wasted my time! Never again!

I recommend drink LOTS of water and eating a LOT of almonds, trust me I know how you feel. I had heavy cramps including passing out for a very long time. Not saying it went away, but doing that really made me feel better. Hope your doing okay girll hang in there💘💘
@@selma8337 usually drinking a lot of chamomile tea before and during period helps with cramps, too
Usually these methods help but unfortunately sometimes they don't work

I told my friends exactly how I feel about their boyfriends and usually they'll admit that they feel the same thing after their broke up. It's not about what you say, more usually how you say it.

Of course soulmates aren't real. Do you really think all of these people out there will be finding their soulmate in the exact same country they already live in. Of course not. It's just about finding who's most compatible with you the most in your lifetime that you come across. And there's nothing wrong with that.

Yet most people who claim they are with their soulmate met them in their city, or in their travels. It's just not plausible.
I think its dangerous to truly believe their is only one person for you, what happens if heaven forbid they pass away or leave you prematurely? Are you going to be alone forever more because they were "it"? Dangerous way to think.

I get really really bad cramps so what I learned to do was.. right when I realize or can sense my period is going to come that day I’ll pop an extra strength Tylenol (the GEL capsules) right before they come and it prevents my cramps from getting super intense... ! Really works try it !

I love Adrienne, but the assumption you have to „figure your period out“ is really insensitive. I have endometriosis, I take the max Dosis of Ibuprofen during my period and I still can’t do anything. My endometriosis was just diagnosed and there is a lot of women who suffer from endo without knowing it, because it’s so hard to diagnose it. A lot of women really suffer during their period and everyone who doesn’t should just be really happy instead of telling other women to „figure it out“ who have a different experience.
i feel you. i jus had a laparoscopy in april for my endo and it hasn’t done anything. nobody talks about the depression and pain that comes with jus having a period. people think it’s jus sticking a pad on and going about your week. try having extensive abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and the overall shock of pain. it’s sad women have to live in silence about something that should be dealt with and treated. i’ve lost so many relationships jus because of this chronic illness and it truly sucks

I’ve just had my first period after my laparoscopy and the pain was thankfully much better, but it really takes a toll on my mental health that I constantly have to worry about my endometriosis getting worse and maybe never being able to have children. And the depression due to the pill I have to take doesn’t help either. How are you dealing with it? I wish you all the best girl!
@@martam.9818 i’m a full time college student so i honestly don’t have time to actually sit and reflect on my pain and feelings but i’m pushing through. i hope to start acupuncture to help with the pain and finding a good specialist who actually cares about my health!

I believe that there is more than one soulmate for a specific time and might stay or leave. if they leave they are no more your soulmate because another soulmate will take their place.

I dont think there's anythingnwrong with resceduling becaus you're not feeling well due to nyour period. You dont have to say it's because of your period if you feel uncomfortable but it's also okay if you dont mind sharing too.

Well since the show is called (The Real ) that means the women on the panel expect the real from the public, so i've got to say this about a comment i heard from one of the panelists on the show which made me look up at the television to see who's mouth that came from because i don't watch the show but my girl loves it anyway i'll get to it and the thing what bothered me was when i heard the big boned black woman say to the Asian / Chinese woman something on the lines of you and your people will know referring to nails manicures and pedicures making out every Chinese person knows how to do manicures and pedicures that's about it other than their food, long story short to me it was straight ignorance and coming from a Black person she should know better, I didn't like it personally its made me feel uncomfortable for the way not one person on the panel or in the audience acted as if they didn't hear it there was just an awkward moment which lasted for a few seconds where the whole entire audience and panelists froze it could've been an advert for the saying ( The cats got ur tongue ) because no one had a thing to say i just said to my girl that's out of order what she said there because she's automatically labeling the Asian/ Chinese woman she's basically just being nasty to her fellow panelists as well as being on The TV i would also say that she is unkind because it's not as if she is dumb she's on a tv show and she's not ignorant to the fact of talk like that because she would've been a victim of it herself one time or another through being black so yeah when you rule out them two things ur left with a person who's got certain ways which are not nice.
