Thanks to you, I can volume up my microphone. In the setup microphone menu, I have chosen other microphone option instead of desktop microphone

remember to check if you have a TRRS (Tip, ring, ring, space or 4 metal section) or TRS (3 metal sections) 3.5mm connection. Make sure the port is compatible. the port with both earphones and mic symbols will use a TRRS connection. If the ports carry only one of the symbols then you'll need a TRS connection.

It’s probably because your headphones are open-backed maybe or has some bit of space at the ears so some of the sound tends to escape and gets picked up by the microphone?
