You guys might be confused after reading it, but nevertheless:
Input sound does not go through the mic in this scenario. Sound goes in through actual earplugs (the ones you put in your ears). You can test it by pronouncing something in the mic and something in the earpieces. You can compare them in settings and you will notice that when you tell something into ear plugs - sound is clearer and louder).

well once it plugged it in in the microphone it works but the problem is the sound so if I plugged on green (sound), it only works on sound but not microphone. If I plugged it on red (mic) it only works on microphone but not sound. So please help me I dont know how to fix

Because the red is only for mic....it doesn't allow to play sound in your earphones
