- During a recent freediving instructor course we had a film crew come along and document the whole course. The series will be featuring early next year on Netflix but I was allowed to post some snippets of the pilot episode.

i did my wave 1 and 2 at deep week and really cant wait to get as far as instructor. to me, this is the only way i can really shut down, relax and think about the moment. just an amazing sport! i would encourage anyone and everyone to give it a try.

I barely freedive and it's been like that ever since i started (3 years ago at 14) but i do dry trainings no matter what and do well in the water:)

I know everyone mentioned the weird "sea lord" nickname, but really this surprised me - such a behaviour from Adam. How is demanding from people calling you "sea lord" funny for them and for us the viewers ? How will they teach their students later, imagine the new instructors teach and their "sea lord" comes and they all freeze shitless not to be judged.I see no jokes here, more like a person that needs acknowledgement for his achievements. I know Adam only from youtube, and so far he was this funny easy going guy, but this video changed it all to me. Disappointed. I hope he is not really like that, otherwise he is losing a subscriber :(
