Don't know if you read comments on a 2-year-old video, but in case you do, Thank You! After reading one book, taking a freediving course, reading numerous articles, and watching several RUclips videos I was still struggling to Frenzel. After just 2 days of performing the exercises in this video, I finally was able to Frenzel successfully. I am elated and wanted to try and share my good news with you and the community.
It's crazy, I literally tried it as you were speaking and managed to do it straight away. The way you worded it is so easy to understand and follow, it just felt natural. Thankyou my friend!

Adam, you are the man. Despite not feeling like my diaphragm was contracting with my hand against it, I've always been unsure that I was doing the Frenzel correctly. It always seemed like I was still blowing air. Attempting the Frenzel after exhaling completely was the key. It was such a simple suggestion, but it had totally escaped me until watching your video. Awesome work Adam. I have learned Frenzel by watching your tutorial last year. Every time I dive, I think about you, mate! Thank you so much for all your hard work and willingness to help and educate people like myself.
Fun fact Adam: I spent evening on your method, desperately trying to push the back of my tongue, without success. We're used to say brain works at night, I didn't expect it was also true for this kind of things !!! A huge thanks, you're awesome !
Hi Adam! I want to thank you for this tutorial. I'm a beginner freediver and I had a hard time equalizing. After months of doing your exercises, I can now EFFORTLESSLY equalize ❤️ Thank you so much ❤️
I watched this video months ago and "learnt" how to do the frenzel then, but I've always had issues such as my mouth filling up with air whenever I equalise and having to squeeze my cheeks in to get the air into my nasal cavity. However, I decided to watch this video again while trying to learn how to equalise head down and I finally managed to get a proper frenzel this time. Thank you so much, Adam!!!
Hi Adam, I have learned a lot by watching your videos during my journey, from zero to becoming a freedive instructor. I have a student who are not able to frensel, she turns around every time to push up air from her abdominal to equalize. On our SSI level 1 course in Crete last week, I tried to work with her, and her equalization technique. 'Glottis' exercises, EQ tool exercises, and with the two exercises you mentioned. She has been on a Padi level 1 course before in indonesia. So ofcourse its frustrating for her, that she's not able to make it work, on her second Level 1 course. I tried to calm her, and to make her have patience during our course. On the last days session in our freediving week, I just wanted her to have fun, and use her old technique, and she did all the SSI Level 1 exercises on the line. On her last dive she went down to 24 meters, which means she is very confident in the water, and have a strong breath hold. But its like she tenses up in all her muschles when trying to frenzel correctly, from all the tension built up by frustration, of not being able to frenzel properly. From the baloon exercises, it seems like, she is able to controll her soft palate and her glottis. But she is not able to push up air with her tongue on land. Do you have some other exercises, for training movement of the tongue? I really dont want her to give op on freediving. Im planning to make a dry training program for her, so she hopefully will become a happy freediver:-)
Thanks to your video not only I discovered the existence of Frenzel equalization but I realized that it was the way I always equalize! I was speechless!
I started freediving a month or so ago and I’ve been having trouble equalizing and can hardly get past 15 ft without extreme ear pain, but I just did this successfully while watching this video, and will practice in the water in a few days. This is a GREAT video and the first time I’ve really understood this method! I’ll be doing these exercises all week! Thank you!
Can't wait to test it underwater! I've watched this multiple times, trying along, and each time I got closer to making it. Now I can do it nearly any time I want. I'll keep exercising until I can go diving. Thanks a lot for this!

that's so awesome! So so so happy for you! sometimes it takes a few days or even a few weeks to really get it but everyone can I believe :) congratulations!
Thank you so much for this awesome tutorial Adam! 🙏🏽 Although I still need to practice, because I just got into freediving, realizing I was trying to push the air from my lungs to equalize, what did work out in most cases up to a depth of 5m. But every time I tried to go deeper (than 5m) it turns out impossible for me to equalize, and the pain made me to ascend again. So I hope practicing with this tutorial will do the trick 👍🏽
Thank you! :) I'd say it will do the trick for sure! It may take you a few dives to get really comfortable with Frenzel but once you do it'll all become easy :)
Thanks mate, just had one of my future 5-cave freediving participants see this to prepare her for deeper dives and look into some equalisation troubles she had. Beautiful, and helpful as well for myself!
Well done, You've just created the best video tutorial there is on frenzel. I especially like how you mentioned the different tongue positions. My problem is that by the time I get to 20m I feel like there's a vacuum in my mouth and nothing left to eq with. Do you think a change in tongue position will help this? (I use the T position) Or do I just need more air in the lungs to compensate for pressure? Thanks for making this Adam!
Domhnallus thanks mate!!! The issue could be that you're trying to pull up too much air. When you're deeper a T or K Frenzel will be hard because of the air you have to bring up for it so getting more familiar with the H position could sort that out because you don't need to pull up so much air to do it
I'll be testing in a couple of days I'll try to remember to update, see if it makes a difference. Though the H position is proving tricky. The equalisations aren't as strong.
Hi Adam, I myself is an AIDA freediver too! Best video for Frenzel Equalisation. I know how to do it a few years ago but your video really helps me to understand the mechanism behind. Thanks!
Hey Adam! Awesome video and really helpful. I did learn how to Frenzel equalize while watching it. I did that while sitting upright. Now, I tried it upside down, but I felt that either I dont get the same equalization level as when upright, or feel no "push" pressure at all on my mid ear. How do I improve that when upside down? Is there something I could possibly be doing wrong if it's working while upright but not when upside down?
I have been freediving since 2011 and met many freediving instructors. And it is been almost a year since I became SSI freediving pool instructor but, during all these previous years this is the best explanation for Frenzel equalization everrrrrr either on RUclips or face to face. Thaaaanx for sharing :)
Adam, thank you. I used to use Valsalva equalisation when scuba diving until I burst a capillary and then forced blood back into my middle ear and against my ear drum. Dive over. I've since watched all your videos related to equalisation and have found Frensel come fairly naturally now and is much kinder. My diving, snorkelling etc has improved and I am calmer when descending now. Thank you once again :-)
Watch the end of the video: if you can equalize with the stomach sucked in, you are most likely doing correct Frenzel equalization. With Frenzel you should hear a similar pop (at least it does for me).
this video is fantastic! Adam, you are a great teacher. 7 years of struggling with Frenzel and I finally understand what I need to be doing, and got my first successful Frenzel equalization on land just watching this. Thank you, so much!
I've got a lot of these things down (as best I can tell), but I really struggle to get it right in the water. It works sometimes, but not always. I'm not sure if it's because I'm rushing it in the moment, or if I'm doing something wrong. Either way, I'm heading to Cairns on Friday to try and do some dives, hopefully it works! Maybe I'll practice as the plane changes altitude!
I can think of 3 things off the top of my head: 1: like you said, you're rushing it 2: you're becoming tense in your mouth and throat and this is causing you to close your soft palate and block off the opening into your nasal cavity 3: you're letting too much pressure build up in your ears before you equalise
Adam Freediver wow, thanks for the fast reply. I do tend to start EQing once it hurts. I keep forgetting about that. Thanks, I really appreciate the advice.
Adam Freediver success! Today I was really struggling, my left ear just wouldn't pop. But I finally got my form in order, and comfortably dove beyond 10m. I really exaggerated my first EQ, as I did my duck dive and everything came together. Thanks so much dude!
Adam, Thank you so much! I am not a diver of any sort, but I have had a clogged middle ear for over a week and a half and I was desperate to find a way to relieve the pressure. I've been on antibiotics and have tried valsalva equalizing constantly with no results. I followed your tutorial and on my very first attempt my ear popped right open (so quickly it actually startled me!). THANK YOU for such clear, step by step directions!
Thank u thank u it worked nicely amaizing and much better than the valsava i used to over equalising or under equalising resulting in a slight ear pain some time
When I freedive the pressure on my ears on works on my left ear I don’t know what the problem is on my right ear do you what the problem and how to fix it
Hey, I was a kid when being in a swimming club and snorkel dived in Italy on vacation just a few meters down. Now at almost 23 years old I got curious how to get better and at minute 10-11 my nostrils expanded like 4 times bigger because I did it correctly. You’re the first guy to explain it super good, before I pushed air from my lungs into my nostrils. Now I made it so I can build pressure with my tongue. Thank you a lot.
I cant thank you enough, I've always had problems with Valsalva equalization, I watched ur video twice (the first I wasn't able to perform a Frenzel correctly), but the second time I did ur video from start to finish and I sucessfully did it. Now I can enjoy the sea in a way I never thought I could. thank you sir
Good morning sir, I always find it difficult to do valsava whenever I'm in upside down position, actually It's not difficult but more like cannot do it at all, or maybe my body is abnormal? please help me. i wanna hangout with fish too
Ah this sounds like an issue with your soft palate. I'll be making a video very soon about how to solve this issue :) but in short you need to be able to relax your soft palate when you equalise.
Bingo. Was doing a k frenzel sometimes without knowing it, when valsalva was not strong enough. Now i can do frenzel consciously. Best frenzel tutorial ive seen !! Thx
It's hard to say for sure without being there but it could just be the sound of you equalising. If you had a perforated ear drum it would be quite painful
MATE !!! thank you SO MUCH. I just couldn't equalise head first and almost gave up. Turns out I was doing valsalva. Tried Frenzel (the way you explained) and bang. Now my freediving journey begins 😊🙏
Amazing video! One quick question. If I can equalise with my air out my lungs, am I 100% frenzel? I am doing what seems like a semi correct technique but it also feels like maybe a tiny bit comes from my diaphragm, even though if I put my hand on my belly I feel no tension or movement when I equalise....
I have had terrible trouble with equalising my ears during air craft descents for years. The valsava method just wasn't working. I used to be in discomfort from starting down and for a few hours after landing. This video has changed everything! Can't thank you enough.
I have watch so many tutorials before about equalizing. This is the only tutorial that made me more aware of what's actually happening inside when we equalise. I've always thought that i was having a hard time learning Frenzel or doing something wrong. To my surprise i was actually doing it right naturally all along. Thank you for clearing this up. Best tutorial ever thank you
Before watching this video, I didn't know about this technique. After watching, I am able to do it. Thank you very much 😊 Now I'm going to practice doing it automatically and naturally 🙏
Hi Adam! I've been watching this video over and over again as I practice my equalization , even at work (my colleagues think I lost my mind) because it is very helpful. I'm still a noobie at Freediving but I'm learning a lot from your videos. thank you very much for sharing. :)
Yeay. Will wait for your vids. I have a question though, I have problems equalizing my other ear. It doesn't seem to "pop" at the same time with my right ear. Do you have a technique so I can equalize both at the same time? I'm a noobie. 😭
it's not such a problem that they dont equalise at the same time. What this means is that one of your tubes is more flexible than the other. The other one will gain flexibility as time goes on. You're doing everything right! you just need to dive more and practice more :)
The first 2 times i went diving i did really hurt my ears because Valsalva did not work for some reason. after watching every single video on how to frenzel, your video showed up and saved my ears forever! i was extremely happy and equalized with no difficulties. your video is amazing. thanks and keep it up !
I want to commend sir adam for this tutorial, been having difficulty to equalize my left ear for a year and I yearn it to go to ENT but while watching your video I've tried the different techniques/pointers and voila I've made it , I haven't finished the whole video.. For those of you having the same problem like me. Without closing my vocal fold I can easily equalize my right ear. but when tried to close it together with tongue and throat I can do it both ears.
I had never seen this channel before, finally someone that shows the real tricks. I watched like 10 videos of stig severinsen hoping for some techniques and it was a waste of time. Thanks for this Adam! If someone have seen a video to learn the actual respiration before a diving experience please let me know in the comments! Cheers
I've been trying Frenzel for weeks and weeks. Nothing happened. Then i saw your video. It took me two days and suddenly i heard a 'klick' in my ears. For me it works because of the t-equalization. Thank you very very much!!!! I've my first freediving workshop in Siegburg (Dive4life) this weekend. Now i'm really looking forward to it!!!
Hi Adam, my first freediving course was really good. I 've had some issues to equalize on the first day, but on the second day i reached the 15 meters and got my Freediver**!!! Again: Thank you so much. Your video safed my day. I wish you all the best for your future! Many greetings from Aachen (Germany)! Sarah
That's awesome Sarah! I'm so happy I played a part in your freediving journey. I'm sure we'll get a chance to dive together soon enough! greetings back from Australia :)
Hey Adam, great advice. I just want to mention that for anybody that wants to make sure they’re doing it right: If you equalize and you leave one nostril open and the air is coming out from your lungs, you’re doing it wrong. I had this problem, but I now know how to use the air in my throath. You can feel the difference
Super fantastic! I hadn't realised there was the two different ways of equalising until you explained it. And, happily, I can do both while sitting watching youtube... will be very interesting to see which comes more naturally when back in the water. Thanks!
outstanding tutorial. did this after a respiratory virus had my right middle ear "feeling blocked". It was scary to hear the weird noises but now my ear is working normally and don't feel as dizzy.
Oh my God! I never was able to equalize on dry training. And in the water my left ear didnt equalize right so I have had ear squeeze twice. Now I realize I wasnt equalizing strong enough. And actually at the beginning I was only able to equalize only the right ear, but then I realized that I need to equalize a little stronger to be able to equalize my left ear. Seems that one is tighter I guess. You're awesome! Thanks for sharing your knowledge!!!
I just realized I have been naturally doing frenzel this whole time which is why my coaches are amazed that I haven't felt pain in my ear even at my 1st time diving beyond 10 meters! And I was so frustrated at the technicalities of the rules I thought I couldn't do Frenzel when I've been doing it already
Thanks so much Adam. I never even knew there were 2 types of equalization. My husband does hands free frenzel naturally and I always thought he was full of s**t lol. After 2 days of practicing I've finally got it! Now on to hands free! Thank you again, best tutorial ever.
Wow thx man I just realized I already naturally used Frenzel in the H position but these were some very helpful tips anyway to make me aware of what I am actually doing. Great vid!
And all this time i thought Frenzel was just pinching the nose and swallow at the same time. I had no ideea it might actually be so complex and I might do it so wrong! Really useful video! Both thumbs up!
I am so happy I came across this video! I have not been able to equalise my right ear until now, and know that I have tried! First try with this method and it just works! Wow! ❤

Better yet, if you would ever be interested in putting on a freediving course out this way, please let me know. We are always looking for professional help, and often have to travel far for good instruction. Cheers, Nuno
Holy shit thanks to you I found out i already did frenzel, but also i found out a lot of other stuff about how all that breathing junk works which I've been trying to understand for ages from trumpet instruction videos!I'm pinning this video to my actual wall.

So im not one of those naturally gifted learners. But i will take it to account the tips provided on this vid and will practice. Everyday. Will ask for help if drowning from learning. Thank you!!
Hey Adam. I just want to thank you for this video. I've been a recreational diver for about seven years now but after learning how to do frenzel equalization, I feel as if I've opened a new level of potential. Thank you.
This might be really weird. But I had an inner ear infection which caused my left ear to get slightly deformed, causing it to be under negative pressure. Over time this (according to my doctor) was going to lead to me possibly losing my hearing or having to have invasive corrective surgery. The only other option was if I was able to equalize the pressure in my ear often. At least 3 times a day. So that slowly the ear would go back to its regular shape. The problem is - there is so much negative pressure that it is really hard to pop my ear. Long story short - this video allowed me to pop my ear for the first time in 2 weeks of trying. I am now hopeful that if I master this technique... I might actually save my ear without surgery. Thank you so much man.
finally i can enjoy my dive , i was struggling in 10 m , now after i watch this video i can dive to 24 m , Thanks Adam .

Domhnallus thanks mate!!! The issue could be that you're trying to pull up too much air. When you're deeper a T or K Frenzel will be hard because of the air you have to bring up for it so getting more familiar with the H position could sort that out because you don't need to pull up so much air to do it
That's a great idea, I'm diving at the weekend so I'll start practicing now!
I have this problem too
Thanks!
I'll be testing in a couple of days I'll try to remember to update, see if it makes a difference. Though the H position is proving tricky. The equalisations aren't as strong.
Just keep working with the H it's mostly just developing the coordination
Hi Adam, I myself is an AIDA freediver too! Best video for Frenzel Equalisation. I know how to do it a few years ago but your video really helps me to understand the mechanism behind. Thanks!
Tony Chao thanks so much for the feedback Tony! :)
Thaaaanx for sharing :)
thanks so much for that! I really appreciate the feed back :)
Amazing Tutorial !!!!.. keep practicing and passionate with it.. its damn difficult because people are unique..
That's so good to hear Tim! I'm so happy the videos helped :)
Hi Adam,
How do I know if I have done a correct frenzel ? Like valsalva I can hear my ear pop but for frenzel I don’t hear anything.
Id like this question answered too! Thanks!
Same question from me!
If It doesn't hurt it's good (I think)
I can think of 3 things off the top of my head:
1: like you said, you're rushing it
2: you're becoming tense in your mouth and throat and this is causing you to close your soft palate and block off the opening into your nasal cavity
3: you're letting too much pressure build up in your ears before you equalise
Adam Freediver wow, thanks for the fast reply. I do tend to start EQing once it hurts. I keep forgetting about that. Thanks, I really appreciate the advice.
you're welcome bro....i think we've found the issue then :P equalise early haha
Adam Freediver success! Today I was really struggling, my left ear just wouldn't pop. But I finally got my form in order, and comfortably dove beyond 10m. I really exaggerated my first EQ, as I did my duck dive and everything came together. Thanks so much dude!
Dave Mullins yiew! That's sick brother! Good on you!
Whatever is above his head made me think there was something on my phone lol
I ‘ve also scratched that dot a few times…
Best explanation about equalization in the whole net bytheway! Seriously.
OH MY GOD I JUST DID IT, the stomach "sucking" just CLICKED with me
I cant thank you enough, I've always had problems with Valsalva equalization, I watched ur video twice (the first I wasn't able to perform a Frenzel correctly), but the second time I did ur video from start to finish and I sucessfully did it. Now I can enjoy the sea in a way I never thought I could. thank you sir
ah brother! that's awesome! I'm so stoked I could help you out :) enjoy that ocean!
Good morning sir, I always find it difficult to do valsava whenever I'm in upside down position,
actually It's not difficult but more like cannot do it at all, or maybe my body is abnormal? please help me.
i wanna hangout with fish too
Ah this sounds like an issue with your soft palate. I'll be making a video very soon about how to solve this issue :) but in short you need to be able to relax your soft palate when you equalise.
thanks a lot for your advice adam! I'm really looking forward for it
Very welcome :)
Bingo. Was doing a k frenzel sometimes without knowing it, when valsalva was not strong enough.
Now i can do frenzel consciously. Best frenzel tutorial ive seen !! Thx
if i keep frenzel equalization pressure ON i hear what sounds like air escaping out of my right ear whats that :/
It's hard to say for sure without being there but it could just be the sound of you equalising. If you had a perforated ear drum it would be quite painful
@@AdamFreediver ty man yeh i feel zero pain ill get the doc to take a look next time i go in. thanks for yur videos they are awesome
Hi Adam, I am not a diver but this video helped me solve my ear pressure problem...thank you so much
legend. awesome vid
Stuart Dawe thanks mate! :)
Wow... i was living my whole life believing everyone can do this instinctively. Now i feel special :3
you are super special! :)
Aaaw thanks man. I love your energy dude! And the channel its been very helpful for a freedive newbie like me :)
I have been doing Frenzel naturally my whole life without knowing it
Sameeee!!
Same haha I'm thinking im doing something wrong cause it was so easy
@@brianquinnholowati3859 hey, can yoy explain me how it feels? Does it feels like swallowing?
@@Zaynersyy it feels like I can't do anything in my mouth haha.
@@brianquinnholowati3859 ahh okay.. so it feels tight?
MATE !!! thank you SO MUCH.
I find myself back here. As I begin training again :) Such a great bunch of progressions!
Question y is it when I equalize my inner ear fills with water
Possibly because you have water in your nasal cavity and then you push it into your ear :)
Adam Freediver is that a long term issue?
Adam Freediver or will that cause a hearing problem later on?
Finally, I learned frenzel. This is the best tutorial. Thanks.
woo! epic :) that is the best kind of comment for me :)
Question why do you always wear a Suunto shirt?
hahaha they're my sponsors
Why do you think...
I have had terrible trouble with equalising my ears during air craft descents for years. The valsava method just wasn't working. I used to be in discomfort from starting down and for a few hours after landing. This video has changed everything! Can't thank you enough.
100 m. Deep?? I dive scuba, and can't imagine someone doing that even though I know the world record is 130m. or smth.
How many lungs did you carried?
hahaha just one pair ;)
I have watch so many tutorials before about equalizing. This is the only tutorial that made me more aware of what's actually happening inside when we equalise. I've always thought that i was having a hard time learning Frenzel or doing something wrong. To my surprise i was actually doing it right naturally all along. Thank you for clearing this up. Best tutorial ever thank you
Midge Baglini thanks so much Midge! Glad it was helpful 😊
Just came across this tutorial. Hand down the best I've seen, thanks Adam!
That's so awesome to hear Louisse! I'm glad I can help :) I'll keep the videos coming. You're be a diving machine in no time :)
Thank you so much :) Glad to help!
Sarah Heise that's awesome! I'm so happy I could help out! Let me know how the course goes! I know you'll love it!
Hi Adam,
my first freediving course was really good.
What an amazing video, this was truly a great piece of work! I will share it to all my colleges that ever had a problem equalizing. Congratulations!
Thanks Albert! I really appreciate that
its the 14th day of January. The year is 2021. I salute the Frenzel equalization using the letter K or "خ" in Arabic and I salute your soul
Hey Adam, great advice. I just want to mention that for anybody that wants to make sure they’re doing it right:
If you equalize and you leave one nostril open and the air is coming out from your lungs, you’re doing it wrong.
It was scary to hear the weird noises but now my ear is working normally and don't feel as dizzy.
that's fantastic! thanks so much for letting me know :) very happy I could help
I hate that feeling. Why I'm scared to do these practices. My hearing is already terribly sensitive.
This video changed my life, opening the world of Freediving! Thank you Adam!!!
Dude! What the hell! Just sat here on the couch and equalised using my tongue and not my chest and it works! Thank you for the tutorial wow
Thanks so much Adam. I never even knew there were 2 types of equalization. My husband does hands free frenzel naturally and I always thought he was full of s**t lol. After 2 days of practicing I've finally got it! Now on to hands free! Thank you again, best tutorial ever.
Thanks so much :) so happy for you!!! hands free time it is!
Thank you so much for this, I thought I couldn't do Frenzel before but now I realized I have always been doing Frenzel naturally haha
bookloaf that's so awesome! You're welcome :)
Wow thx man I just realized I already naturally used Frenzel in the H position but these were some very helpful tips anyway to make me aware of what I am actually doing. Great vid!
that's fantastic! good work :)
And all this time i thought Frenzel was just pinching the nose and swallow at the same time. I had no ideea it might actually be so complex and I might do it so wrong! Really useful video! Both thumbs up!
Thanks Bianca!!!
I am so happy I came across this video! I have not been able to equalise my right ear until now, and know that I have tried! First try with this method and it just works! Wow! ❤
Adam,
Best description I have ever heard on the topic. I will share your video with my crew out here in Okinawa Japan. Better yet, if you would ever be interested in putting on a freediving course out this way, please let me know. We are always looking for professional help, and often have to travel far for good instruction.
Cheers,
Nuno
NM P thank you so much Nuno! I'd love to come teach there :) I'll let you know when I can make it!
Holy shit thanks to you I found out i already did frenzel, but also i found out a lot of other stuff about how all that breathing junk works which I've been trying to understand for ages from trumpet instruction videos!I'm pinning this video to my actual wall.
Very good video, simple and very helpfull... Im a rookie on free diving, also on Vasalva & Frenzel and watching this video and doing all that... I feel that working great!!! For sure I need more & more practice. Thanks Adam.
theo victoriou that's awesome! Soon you'll be frenzeling like a champion! So glad you found the video helpful :)
Very interesting analysis. I was not aware of all those complex details but I’m very pleased to discover that I’m actually using most of it without actually knowing.
Well done, Adam!!! Really well broken down and explained in theory and practice. You get extra points for being entertaining and having a really hairy stomach and chest. Keep it up!!!
hahahaha thank you! :)
Hello my friend from Turkey. I don't know any english. What you have said is really great. I will try right away. Tttt method is the best in my opinion. See you.
Indeed, the best and more complete tutorial about Frenzel equalisation, it will help me and my friends for sure! Thanks Adam!! Very fine work
Miquel Sintes Marcos thanks so much :) I'm very happy to help
Golden Practical Tips in this one. Cheers Adam for your generosity..
I watched the entire video carefully and still couldn’t do that thing, I will keep trying is hard to coordinate the muscles in your mouth and equalize your ears!
Best tutorial I’ve seen tho!
Thanks for the videos. The most needed information to us. Cheers from Maldives
Mohamed Ayad you're very welcome! 😊
You are genius Adam, from nowhere and after lots of searching i did it with ease with this tutorial of yours :D
You could be a great teacher with your method of explanation in all your videos.
thanks so much James :)
Thank you.
You're so so welcome :) i'm so happy to be able to help :)
Thanks Adam! really helped with my equalisation - was relying on valsalva before from scuba diving! great video
Ocean Chan that's awesome :) so happy I could help!
Absolutely the best tutorial out there ! First time I really got a grip on it . Much love from Israel !!
