I have a mx 6000 that I purchased 2022, fitted with grappler and rear hyds. It has about 380 hrs. on it at this time and zero problems . On my 40 acres it has performed all the tasks with ease. Just wish I had bought it years earlier .

I have a gear driven MX 5100 that I have absolutely abused (terribly) for 12 years or so. It has been an excellent tractor. I highly recommend a Kubota, and this size tractor will do a lot more work than people give them credit for.

Love my MX6000 cab so far. I have to get rear remote(s) installed. Wish I would have got those when I bought it last year. The dealer put Rim Guard in the tires and installed wheel weights which I really like for front loader work. I also had side mirrors, right door latch, 3 point quick attach and tint for the windows installed. Rear work lights would have been nice. Wish I had those put on. My only 2 complaints are that the front work lights are not bright at all. I'll be replacing them with bright LED's in the future. Also, the fuel refill cap is on top of the hood. If you don't have a pump to transfer fuel into the tractor, you will have to climb on the tire and hold the fuel can while pouring. They could have located that on the side similar to what they did with the L Grand series. To see the hydraulic fluid more easily, I added red transmission dye. It helps to be able to see the fluid in the sight glass.

I love the honesty of this review!
Example: Kubota tool boxes are the absolute worse(10:40 mark).
And the comments about the front axle fluids, etc.
I have had my MX-5400 for a year now and still found this video informative!
    Thank you!

I have a MX6000 for my 70 wooded acres. Been on the tractor for 2 years and it's everything that I wanted, no issues at all. Have 3rd function and top and tilt - would recommend getting both these features at time of purchase if you want full function with the tractor. Have grapple, box blade, loader, wood bucket, wood chipper and snow blade. Tractor is absolute beast. Sold my B3030 which was great tractor as well but as I acquired more land I needed bigger tractor.

Yup. No one showed me how to open the hood, so I twisted the emblem right off. Good info.

I’ll have to check it out. I’m a groundskeeper south of Lynchburg, taking care of about 65-70 acres of grass/field/trail work. I’d mostly be using for finish mowing, grading work, mulch, plowing snow, moving trees and fire wood, and materials on pallets some. We currently have a 2001 kubota m6800 and a 2019 JD 4075e but we really only NEED one tractor, so I’m trying to simplify things down the road.

You didn't tell the gear drive tractor owners about the latch hook for the clutch pedal for long term storage so the clutch plate doesn't rust solidly to the flywheel. Been there sadly.

How many grease fittings are on a tractor? Is each engine size different? Thank you for your videos! Also maybe do a video on what items would make it better, ie PTO attachment?

The drop pin that goes into the stabilizer arm with the chain is actually called a 'joint' from Kubota. Part number is TC860-39630.

Kubota is OK but they are becoming worst than JD and Agco, I just priced the rear hydraulic valve , 2 remotes for my STW series, 3886,~ euros plus tax. Wth
