Disney's "Welcome to the World" Season 21 Ep 17

From Season 21 of Walt Disney's Disneyland Anthology program we have Episode 17: Welcome to the World which originally aired March 23rd, 1975. Host Lucie Arnaz is joined by Lyle Waggoner and Tommy Tune as they introduce viewers to Walt Disney World's newest attraction, Space Mountain. Wackiness - and polyester - ensues. Also making an appearance are The Rhodes Kids and Art Gilmore as the Announcer.

You have to love the 70's vibe! I love that in tomorrow land the flying rockets look like space shuttle, but with lifting bodys.

Now this brings back a flood of memories (good and bad). I'm always amazed that there was a period when Disney didn't rely on its own IPs to be recognized; that fact that any of the characters don't even appear until almost 20 mins. in speaks for itself. Thanks for posting Brian.
