In italy so many people lived to 100+, mostly in Tuscany, Calabria region and in Sardinia. The island I mentioned is a place where literally no one died before the age of 80 if they didn't have birth defects. Now with nuclear tests on the island you see some cancers arising that weren't there before. But along with the Japanese diet which contains Natto, The Sardinian diet is the best in the world. And it isn't keto or plant based. It contains lots of olive oil, fish, red wine, vegetables and nuts, and fresh fruits but not throughout the entire year. Eat everything like the seasons suggest. They also have a lot of sun and they don't have a 9 to 5 mentality. We have a saying which goes: 'Chi va piano, va sano e va lontano.' Which means 'He or She who goes slowly, goes healthy and goes far.

Not sure what everyone is using in terms of a brand, and I thought I share my experiences with NMN supplements. I have been using NMN for about 11 months, I am a 68-year-old male and I have tried over 20 different brands. The only one that seems to work for me personally is Probase Nutrition NMN Powder, simply because they are a well-known California brand, and I had their NMN independently tested for purity and impurities. Theirs came in at 99.89% purity and had zero lead in it. It seems some people on here have used Probase (the brand) NMN as well and they seem to be happy as well. Hope this helps!

Good advice but not sure about the metformin. It's all about blood sugar control and preventing the formation of advanced glycerinated end products. For that, I'd go with 1/2 a tsp of cinnamon a day. Same effect, but with better antioxidant potential. Research shows animals given cinnamon live 36% longer. You can also achieve the same blood sugar control as metformin with berberine.
While we are talking about longevity, let me add to the list: turmeric - increases animal lifespan by 26% . I use 1 tsp per day. And fermented goats kefir. Fantastic nutrient profile in goats milk and the tribespeople of the Caucasus mountains who cultivated kefir would regularly live to over 100. Best food for the microbiome which is either a major source of toxins or a source of antioxidants and detoxification, depending on its health.

Everytime I see this guy talks, he's showing more signs of aging. He claims that his blood work came back with results of showing him better than most twenty years old people. If I'm going to seek a diet to help me to be young, I would want it to work from the inside as well as from the outside. David is in his fifties and I see some 70 years old people that look a lot healthier, younger and stronger than he does. The secret: eat healthy, exercise, and take beneficial herbs that are based on clinical studies. If you can stay away from sugar, unhealthy fats, and processed foods, you will be on a healthier path to a longer living life with less sickness and diseases. "Let food be thy medicine"-Hippocrates.

Only since you. finally went vegan have you mentioned this. You would not injure your credibility by saying a new sponsor has supplied you with AG and now you take it. Although I wonder if you have read the ingredients and know the problems with Spirulina., for example, and the lack of fiber and the temptation to believe that you are covering your nutritional needs with tiny bits of powder... About AGreens? While it might be biased information, it's useful information. I use such as well (a different one) being a vegan for 3 y now. Don't worry about the lack of fiber. The mix is not a "ready meal" with macronutrients +fiberl, it's just the essentials of the micro side - vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, extracts, etc. as you could see on its label. Fiber is taken from plant-based foods that you eat throughout the day. Lots of fiber there. And yes, it is really helpful to take such a supplement, while not even the omnivores can assure correctly their daily needs from what they eat, imagining their junk food gives them the goodies they need.
