Very beautiful classic dresser .. you make using the paint sprayer so easy. One day I would like to invest in one! And the spray tents. It’s impressive that the really big dresser fit in the tent!
New sub. from Maine - via Pinterest and a helpful viewer that commented where to find you. I was so wowed by the hand carved-look on the dresser you made over.
The color is nummy. What a great new look. Hardware is chic. The vases are a new idea. I particularity like the cut glass one....the cut marks show up so nicely under the paint.
I totally yelled "ahhhh!" at the screen when you was pouring the primer in the filter and it came so close to the edge LOL!! Ive been watching so many of your sprayer videos 😍
That’s my moms old dresser minus the ugly mirror, night stands and armoire. We donated it 3 years ago to an organization that was collecting furniture for hurricane and flood victims. 💕It looks so much better painted. You’ve inspired me to save and update all the furniture I inherited. Thank you 🙏🏻 🥰
You have really come a long way in your painting technique. I started watching your videos a few years ago and I stopped painting due to health issues. But I have loved watching you work from time to time. I have been so impressed with the quality of your work. Congratulations, you’re a star!
Wow, the paint color is great but the hardware is amazing. Love the look of the completed piece; this is a dresser that I thought could never look anything other than dated. Nice job!
Ms. C - LOVE it! You made that flip look so easy. It's beautiful from the color, the small modification to the base and the hardware. And your small vases - what a great idea. Thanks for sharing your skill and knowledge!
The paint color…superb, I so want a sprayer, and the tents especially because I have to paint on my patio (no garage!). The vases look so current too! Great job…per usual!
The dresser turned out amazing 🤩 when in doubt - always prime for sure! Wagner sprayer is awesome (mine just RIP - after 10 years - in the middle of doing CHAIRS) As a fellow DIYer ❤ love it when you can up cycle decor! Thank you for another wonderful video.
Amazing Work!! Your videos are a pleasure to watch. Your voice over is informative and easy to listen to. Your video shows all the details without any unnecessary fluff. Discovered you on IG and this is the 1st video I've seen...im very impressed and can't wait to see more!
Over the last couple of years, I've redone a lot of furniture and it has all been stained furniture that I have painted over. I'm amazed that you're able to do this without stripping the furniture. I'm always afraid that if I only scuff sand it the primer will eventually peel. And I use the same primer you're using in this video. I love the Zinsser primers. Do you think I'm going way overboard in stripping everything? Also, I have an older Wagner Powerpainter 2200. It is several years old but it was one of their best ones when I bought it and still does a GREAT job. Like you, I'll NEVER hand paint another piece of furniture again unless I don't have any other option :)
These videos are so helpful, and that color is stunning! I’m planning to paint some French provincial pieces for my house soon, and I want them to be durable and water-resistant. Working through types of paint is so tough!! Why are chalk/mineral paints best for furniture compared to harder, enamel paints that would be used for kitchen cabinets?
Beautiful flip!! I’ve been following you for a while now, I’ve learned so much from you! I’m wondering if you have ever considered making a video of how you set up your work place. (Forgive me if you have already covered this.)
Very classic makeover Love the color and the hardware Do you need to wait a certain amount of time before folding up the tents to allow the overspray to dry?
Looks great! I need to try spraying. I used to do spray painting before but never tried on furniture. What was that you used inside the drawers to refresh them? Something scented 🤔
Beautiful! Such a big improvement and I love the hardware you chose. One question, what hardware will you use on that center door and where will you place it? Centered? To the left?
I decided to leave it off because the frame has enough lip to open the door without a pull. I tried several pull options and didn’t like the look of them.
I too stress when drilling new hardware holes!!! You have all the best tools! Could you plz share the link for the “hardware drilling jig”? haven’t yet bought one
VERY NEW TO THIS.... Working on my 1st piece of furniture and using the Wagner 3500 sprayer. Thought I would jump right in to using a sprayer vs. brushing on. Scary, but I've learned to 'just do it' even if it means 'doing it scared'. lol! Especially when you know its a time saver and you can achieve a nice smooth finish. Question.... I'm having an issue with seeing 'lines' from the sprayer. I've tried spraying in different directions and I end up just seeing that line too. lol! Am I too close? Too far away? What would cause that? I am about 6 inches from the furniture piece maybe even closer. Sprayer setting is at 6 and almost wide open for the air. Using Behr Cabinet & Trim paint. Did not thin it out the first couple of coats but did this last one at about 10%. Still see lines.... I'm stuck. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
Hopefully quick question: I see in your Amazon shop that you have 2 differnet PPE masks and that you wore the RZ one today - can you share, if it's possible, which ones you use for which or which one you use more and why? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
Head over to my IG for a chance to win this sprayer, the small spray shelter and the turn table! instagram.com/p/ChfT6VArWq7/?
So glad you cut off that curved edge on the legs looks big and blocky like the dresser. Love it.
Right when you went live, I got unexpected company. Then my Internet went down. Now, I am watching! Geeze!
Really like that Bronze color!!
Very beautiful classic dresser .. you make using the paint sprayer so easy. One day I would like to invest in one! And the spray tents. It’s impressive that the really big dresser fit in the tent!

I have always wanted to. Got to put that back in the filming schedule.
Love the color!!! I wish you would do a giveaway on RUclips. I don't do Instagram or Facebook.
I do lots of giveaways on here, too! Just stay tuned. ❤️
Very classic makeover
Love the color and the hardware
Do you need to wait a certain amount of time before folding up the tents to allow the overspray to dry?
Just overnight typically
Such a beautiful finish! Could you share what brush you used to add the balm to the inside of the drawers?
❤️❤️❤️
Looks great! I need to try spraying. I used to do spray painting before but never tried on furniture. What was that you used inside the drawers to refresh them? Something scented 🤔
How much ONE paint did you use on this dresser? It’s beautiful.

Thanks (that was a quick reply!)
This turned out great (like always

Really nice but I was having trouble deciding if the color was leaning to the gray side or to the brown side
It leans brown for sure. Sometimes the camera doesn't quite capture the beauty of the color. It's even better in person!

Hey I’m new to your channel is there a video that shows you sanding and staining the wood with a different stain and finish?
Hi Christina, the furniture balm is new to me. Can you share details / product link please. Also do you have to apply this just once ? Many thanks.
Do you usually use a clear coat over your paint? if so, which one?
Christina, I have seen you use alcohol to remove wax but what should be done or used to remove clear coat from previously sealed furniture?
You can paint right over a clear coat. No need to remove it. I would just scuff sand it a bit for better adhesion.
Okay thank you! I have painted all kind of furniture in my home and now I am repainting all the furniture for an updated look.🤪
Hopefully quick question: I see in your Amazon shop that you have 2 differnet PPE masks and that you wore the RZ one today - can you share, if it's possible, which ones you use for which or which one you use more and why? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
The RZ is suitable for furniture flipping. The 3M is better suited for heavy duty sanding.
@@ChristinaMuscari Thank you!!!
What type of scented furniture balm do you use?
I really like Dixie Belle Orange Grove. Wise Owl has lots of good ones, too.
How do you open the cabinet door?
It's easy to open by grabbing the frame, so I chose not to put a pull on it.
@@ChristinaMuscari Don't think I would have thought of that. Good for you.
Hi! What mask are you using?
It's linked in the description box. RZ Mask
I am professional polish man
I need job in your country
Love it!
Love this color!
