Say nothing... If you been dumped dont give them more reason to make them feel like they made the right decision. Be quiet, show no signs of anger, be polite and short. You dont want to say something you will regret..... Also never take them back.
I nearly dumped my ex so many times. But ended up being the dumpee. Its hurts so bad but is definitely getting easiers. Its been 6 months. I am now me 2.0, new career, re connection to old friends, new hobbies, healthier, trauma therapy, selfishness.
Same here .. the last months i dumped my ex a few times, i was in a bad shape (mental) when i came back the last time, afther 5 weeks he took me back and than dumped me afther 3 dates!
I did everything, i begged, wrote letters bla die bla... afther 2 monthe of silence he came back and we had an amazing month but than he dumped me again.
It's now almost 6 months and i am still sick of it.
He breadcrummed me 3 times around 2 months ago but i told him it better not 2 contact anymore. Do i feel pain, YES, but i know i have 2 help myslef first.
Trauma can be so bif from childhood.
I hope he will be happy, i really love him and he was is the best man ever happend 2 me.

Yes I was dumped because he wanted to live together. Seems a strange reason to be dumped. Now I've gone no contact but he's probably relieved and happy I'm finally gone. I want to be version 2.0 but it's hard.
We work together but we don’t contact each other out of work she gives me smiles and waves but that’s it nothing in a romantic sense!

We broke up in February but she kept talking to me and meeting up. I pushed back on being friends but she was persistent and I did talk to her hoping things would change even though she kept saying there was no future. on Friday she told me she had lost feelings and there was no future no different to February really. I tried to be logical but it was pointless. I then said I respect your decision and haven’t heard from her in 4 days. Have I just walked her through grief and she’s totally gone or has no contact still got a chance of working??

Some sites on line say an avoidant won’t reach out if you go no contact. What’s your experience with an avoidant who dumps someone reaching out??
They most likely don't if they are truly avoidant. But if you notice them keeping tabs on you, asking about you via others, seemingly knowing stuff you never told them...they secretly want you back. Actions speak louder than their cowardly avoidance.

He'll no!! Many guys usually walk their exes through a break up, I know you were emotionally invested in her but it's not your job to do that now. Your priority should be yourself, take care of yourself and don't feel guilty for it.
