My ex, the mother of my kid dumped me 3 years ago and has been elusive ever since. Does stuff for the kid by herself to prove points and forcefully showed she doesn’t need me. I find it interesting that people make assertions such as move on, or what ever bit of advice they offer to put the relationship behind you. Tylenol helps with emotional pain for a reason. It shares many of the same nerve endings I suppose, or something like that. If someone were to fall and severely injure themselves, you likely wouldn't tell them to walk it off. Or, it'll get better soon. No, there would be much more care and patience because you can clearly see the person is injured. An injured heart is the same. You aren't just going to move on. You should seek help if it goes on to long. I will agree that improving yourself to attract her again will also make you more appealing to other women. If you don't get her back, someone will for sure pursue you. You either get over it or get with someone when your right in the head. It's okay to hope they return, but it's a win win strategy even if they don't.

However after 4 months She is janging with friends i introduced her to and she came to an after party at a close friend of mines house and we were all really confused by it. at about 4 months I found another girl and we are in a relationship. They met and talked that night actually... it was a nightmare. Im happy with the new girl but i miss my ex and think of her everyday... Id just love to know she feels regret.
The risk exists that the Dumper maybe frugal enough to dump the dumpee again as soon as life gets normal again the danger here is if one of you is getting older or both are getting older you may have to accept the risk that you won't be able to help each other through old age and you may have to be OK with facing the fact that he or she may die alone? Usually one of the two has to face this but possibly, by being together you can cut down on the number of lonely years?

She may love you or even have a lot of love for you but, she's no longer in love with you as she has clearly displayed to you.
