Nasto, you are a good brother to help supervise your sister’s house. You are doing an excellent job and this is a good content. You have experienced in building because you supervise the building of your home. Continue the good work.
Nasto, the house is progressing nicely. The span between the two columns in the porch (verandah) seems wide. But the builders know what they're doing. It's a blessing to help others.
Nasto, I love to see progress, it lets me know that you are not remaining stagnant.I never hear you complain about anything. You are so blessed. Take care of yourself and know that God in in control. USA! ❤
I am snow riding Nasto Getting along with the snow. NASTO, A POINT OF CORRECTION. ANY OUTDOOR SPACE ABOVE GROUND LEVEL WOULD BE CALLED A BACONY . GROUND LEVEL OUTDOOR SPACES ARE CALLED EITHER A PORCH, VERANDAH , PATIO OR TERRACE.
To build those huge houses in the Caribbean you have to take big loans . You people are so bless everyone is building huge houses in the village that good news . Watching from America 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Dont forget Africa is cheap for us that are overseas so if we retired in Africa we could build huge mansions for a fraction of what we would pay in jamaica. I saw a blogger purchasing a load of materials for 30k kenyan money which is a lot of money for them, theres no way she could afford it she said. But when i calculated it , it was only £250 or $300 USD 😂 Can you imagine!? 😂 Maybe ill retire there instead of going back to ja for them to dash mi way 😂🇬🇧 We could have house girls and gate men like they have in Nigeria 😂
@@maureenmckayvlogs It also depends on where the house is being built. In the village like here, stones and sand will be cheaper because its close to the source. Bricks are also slightly cheaper than stones. Building in the city would be more expensive.
@ yes but i wouldnt retire in the city , maybe not as remote as where Marwa is because id still want to be close to the important amenities like good hospitals, supermarkets etc. but if you are spending £, $ or € its relatively cheap in comparison to the Caribbean etc. A big house like that in jamaica would be at least 500.000 USD to buy.
I’m proud of you, you are doing a great job for your sister, house is beautiful Kindly help me the contact of a lady of a lot of wisdom journey of a thousand voices. I was so impressed with the conversation you had when you visited her stunning home
