Thank you so much , do you mind to do a sit down video to breakdown all the expenses you did from the architecture to the foundation up to where the house is , that will be very helpful as well
As an electrician, you'd have make his life so much easier if you let him laid down his pipes in the concrete flooring, but now he has to grind through your bricks from the top
@@LifeWithBliga apology accepted my brother, yes I'm struggling to hear you in most parts due to music however your work is 👌👌👌top notch. Well done my brother. You inspire us
@@zandilevezi2230very true his music waters down all his efforts, i think its just best shut down and inly allowed where his voice over is not necessary!!
Bliga, come on brother you’re hardly heard, that background music is too much, angiva nix..looks like your spacing for the foundation is 400? You didn’t like 200?? Also why did they avoid Y16 or your 3.95 mash? Not that anything is wrong really, just strength for your house in the long term, looks like they didn’t electric pipe the house from the concrete up, did you remember to fumigate for termites before your slab plaster?? You’re probably around R350k+ so far..you need to grind the walls and slab to insert your electrical material..well done brother you’re inspiring!!
Apologies for the sound, when using headphone, it should be fine will rectify it next time regarding background music... spacing for the foundation it was recommended by the contractor...Y16 for the mash!!! the electric pipe they have grind the wall which is heart breaking to watch.... For the fumigate yes, I did it before the slab on the foundation level.... eish money spent so far, it's a lot...

Leveling the site first before building would have saved a lot of building materials 😊
