But there were you see those houses it’s the town, but In other villages close to town are between R30-50k but they are also finishing soon. As in town (Thohoyandou) you can longer buy land from municipal as land is finished, so it’s very expensive coz now you must buy a land that’s owned by someone and they can charge whatever they want.

    I do not think you have responded and address this question approprietly. Not all people who ask this question of the affordabilty are jealous but some honestly want the real secret on house such big beatiful houses are affordable. Some of us are lawyers, doctors, etc like Venda people. May the secret is availability of cheap but good quality materials or affordable builders unlike in other parts of the country

    • @NyeliMunyai
      @NyeliMunyai  7 месяцев назад +2

      I don’t think the materials are cheap in Venda because they buy them in the same hardwares available across the country so they cannot only be cheap in Venda, for example you cannot say a Shoprite in Venda is cheaper compared to shoprite in Atteridgeville in Pretoria. The issue was that I have seen many comments on social about Venda people being criminals ( example about the 17 Makhado criminals who were shot). I also mentioned that the doctorers and lawyers that I know who build some of the houses are full time based in Venda, so they practice their professions in Venda, which makes one to afford land and build the house of their dreams as opposed to a lawyee or doctor who’s in JHB who has to have a bond in JHB and then think of building another expensive house in Venda, hope it makes sense.

      @@godfreymanakela3168 I have heard of that all over the world where I have worked as an engineer and project manager in multi million Rand projects and also in my experience in building my our houses. Such responses like yours come from ignorant people who think different options are negative and out of fictitious jealous. Witches who assume others are inferior to be jealous of them. I have answered your question very well. Either happy or not happy about my response. I do not care. It is up to you what you do about this information. We move. Period.😉

      @@MotlokwaThwii ahh a little research would do you good; he stayed in the glitzy Eagle Canyon Golf Estate in JHB, not in some rural villages in Venda ( yes Thohoyandou is so rural and dusty). And you’d also know that most successful or rich Limpopo people who are rich prefer to stay in Polokwane (Vendas, Tsongas & Pedis) because it’s closer to Gauteng and has more infrristructure than other parts of Limpopo, mind you I said very most successful or rich Limpopo people. I thought you’d know this since you’re from Limpopo. Most people building in unit D are local Thohoyandou businessmen, doctors, lawyers etc serving around there in Thohoyandou.

      @@MotlokwaThwii You commented on houses from Thohoyandou unit D, I am telling you about kind of people who are building those houses. I even went further to give you more further information about people like Matodzi, they are like Julius malema, who would stay in sandton or where matodzi was staying, and not in the dusty Thohoyandou unit d, Thohoyandou unit d what I meant and I think you missed it it was that, it’s another sandton for mostly businessmen or women, doctors, lawyers etc who are based and practicing in Thohoyandou. PEOPLE WHO ARE RICH (like how matodzi was) DONT ASPIRE TO BUILD HOUSES IN THOHOYANDOU UNIT D. Matodzi is definitely a Venda man and from any part of Venda (he’s from Nzhelele (very far to Thohoyandou) but I don’t think his profile would aspire to build a house Thohoyandou unit D, mostly they would stay in their glitzy houses in Gauteng and then build for their parents where ever they come from in any parts of Venda (not everyone is from Thohoyandou and not everyone wants to stay or build in Thohoyandou) Venda is very huge and we come from different parts of the so called Venda (there’s no road sign that you’ll find from Gauteng to Limpopo that says “Welcome to Venda). Yet you connecting these houses to someone who doesn’t even come from that area of those houses
