Don't be misled by fantasy thinkers who are now telling you to include a movie/theater room in your planned house. That is for families with many children with the view that the kids may want to watch other things while the adults entertain guests in the living room. That is the essence of movie rooms. Now you have only 1 kid (even with view of getting 4 more) so why do you need a movie room? Just plan your sitting room well for eventualities. I would advise to invest your extra income into a venture that will come in handy for a rainy day, because RUclips might not be there forever. For instance, why do you need such a big kitchen garden yet you could use that space for income generation farming? I would cut down all those veges and plant 3 rows of dragon fruit plants, may be 60 plants or so, leaving the front row (the 4th row) for veges. Calculate, how much money do you need to feed your family on veges per month....does that cost compasate the money you pay YKY per month to toil in the kitchen garden? Work on the premise that RUclips money will not be there for ever and plan for your fall-back strategy.
