I am happy the water is back. I remembered the day the men found water in the bore hole, today feels the same way. Little Javian is balancing himself so well, he can walk and hold onto that basin. He has the nice tiles to help more easily,. Water is really the gift of life.
We call the ugali in Zambia, nshima & the way yours looks, that’s how our looks when it was cooked yesterday, we call it ichimbala 😂😂😂. Ours is softer than that & we eat it hot. We csll chicken, inkoko as well & nkuku in another language. Enjoy 👍🏾

Oh, something that some people have in the USA are generator for backup power for refrigerator/ freezers during power outages. Not sure if you have heard of that. Some have additional outlets on them for charging devices, they run on gas not sure if there are propane ones or solar ones.
