Gmo meat from unnatural meat sources, is not natural. An all meat diet in a harvard study raises ldl cholesterol and increases mortiliy rates. Meat especially red has an abundance of tryptophan which is the amino linked to cancer growth. Plant anti oxidants inhibit tumor cell growth, too much saturated fat causes heart palpitations and eventually cardiomyopathy.

I ate 3 eggs with butter in the morning, but shortly after I desired steak and I ate 2 thin slices of steak and felt well satiated. Now, 5 hours later I still don't desire or crave anything, I'm still full. So it really works to eat by instinct. When it no longer tastes amazing you no longer need to eat.... it's so easy on carnivore. One problem I always faced as an ex vegan, ex vegetarian and ex pescatarian is that I never felt satiated mo matter the amount of "food" I'd eat and I'd end up feeling nauseaus yet still hungry and craving for more.

Some people need too, cause everybody is different. But yes carnivore is tasty..
I only eat once a day, & I am never hungry and I lost ALL cravings for different habits on day one of carnivore two yrs ago. 😊 Some times I eat twice in a 5-6 hr window 🪟..

Is it still that toxic to incorporate garlic into your diet (carnivore diet) even if it’s for the purpose of repelling/killing off the micro-parasites?

My tips are just the same old most people say but basically eating enough can be hard. After thinking I was eating more than enough I just tried the "priming" thing advocated by the Steak and Butter Gang. It is about eating as much as you possibly can, for a couple of weeks. You will feel a bit sick and you will not like it but after this it was like my body was "on track".
I have to eat more than just satisfying my hunger. I basically eat until I find it a little bit repulsive (for lack of better terms) and I think Anthony's tips of using the taste instead of "hunger" works well. Also eating too little fat seems common (I mostly eat (15/85, 20/80 because that's what I can find around here) ground meat with some butter added). Each to their own with the required fat intake.

While this is incredibly useful and likely applicable for many I'd like to just make one amendment
For some people like myself the "just eat meat" is too vague. I attempted carnivore multiple times and ended my streaks due to feeling weak, lethargic, and nauseous.
I felt what I can only assume in many tries to be "rabbit starvation" and on some attempts likely overdid it with the fat where I quite literally became almost disgusted with what I was eating and lost my desire to eat.
I'm still trying to experiment and find a way that I can fully commit to the carnivore diet but so far no luck.
So I feel the, "just eat meat" advice is not suitable for some such as myself. I wish I could have been warned by some with much experience on safe ways to start for those who's bodies might outright reject this way of eating if not done in a very specific way
The only advice I can give to those who unfortunately were not blessed to feel amazing day 1 just eating meat like myself is experiment a lot and when you begin to feel REALLY bad break it eat the carbs till you feel normal again then try again but with a different approach
This has been the only way I haven't completely and utterly given up on the carnivore diet yet

You feeling disgusted with your food is your body telling you to stop eating. That’s what is supposed to happen. It’s happened to me as well, and usually at that point you don’t have to eat for another 24 hours unless you start to feel hungry again. You’ll get it man just do some more research and try to listen to your body a little more. I quit nicotine, drinking, and smoking all at once and a month later changed my diet to carnivore. Quoting sugar and carbs was easy after all that

I had to do a week, see what i did such as fat to protein ratio and what i ate go back to carbs and fruit for a day or two to become normal again then try again with a different way. My last attempt i at least didnt feel so weak and nauseated but i did reach a point of "meat aversion" where i would take a couple of bites of my meat, eggs and bacon and literally want to throw it up, like i did not even want to imagine myself eating it.
so maybe theres a very specific way i have to go about it to not feel the weakness, lethargy and nausea but also avoid the hating what i eat to the point of wanting to throw it up out of disgust
