    how do I transfer the recordings onto my Apple Mac? I am plugging it in to the complete but the cam isn't registering

    I have a cam that came today.. But says sensor fail what does this mean please

    my cam doesn't turn on when I push the button on the back. Only the light comes on.

    2.4ghz is it digital or analogue transmission?

    Any one found a different alternative. Camera screen quality is poor. Always flickering too.

    The sky cam system I purchased was terrible. Zero battery life and was not given any options to fix the issue and ended up being ghosted. Ended up buying a GO Pro for less and have had no problems. Buyer be very aware.

      How long have you had the camera system for? In January 2021 we updated the system to make this more user friendly, since then we have recieved great feedback 🙂
