As a roofer for over 20 years... Heres a tip. Whenever riding around if you spot a couch or chair being thrown away , stop and see if the cushions covers are removable. Inside will be a nice FREE pitch helper. 😂😂

Got my first job today, but i screwed myself. Practically doing the job for free. Desperation for a first client and fear of my actual price being denied overwhlemed me mentally.
Going out to do the job on the lead I got a few days ago tomorrow and now realizing how bad of a price I set for myself to not lose these folks. The inspection, documenting, set up, cleaning and post clean up. Etc. Definitely sticking to your advice for the next client.
